‘Hamilton’ Turns 10: Cast Reunites to Honor Hit Show’s Legacy (PHOTOS)

In 2015, Lin-Manuel Miranda took the stage for a musical that would take over for years to come.

“Hamilton” followed the life of Alexander Hamilton, a Founding Father of the United States. However, Miranda tackled this vital time in history by using a mix of rap along with traditional-style show tunes to tell the story.

At the 70th Tony Awards, “Hamilton” broke records, receiving 16 nominations and winning 11 awards, including Best Musical. Considering it’s popularity, a filmed version of the Broadway show was released on  Disney+.

And now, 10 years later, the original cast of “Hamilton” has reunited once again to celebrate their filmed production hitting theaters to celebrate the anniversary.

Almost the entire cast was back together again, with Jonathan Groff, who played King George III, noticeably missing because he is currently on Broadway in the show “Just In Time.”
