Did Turner win? The answer is NO! Chris was part of the Top 5 acts for season 20, and it came down to him and Jessica Sanchez. However, he finished in second place, and Jessica was crowned the winner.
No Golden Buzzers on ‘America’s Got Talent’ 2025
Honestly, I enjoyed Chris Turner during his audition on “AGT” season 20. He took prompts from the judges and used them in a freestyle rap. It was good and entertaining.
He upped his game each round, including the Quarterfinals, when he improved the rap right on the spot live!
Chris was absolutely entertaining and funny during his Semifinals performance. It’s all about turning whatever words people give him into a rap song. It’s thinking the spot and putting on quite a show. It’s just cool to see, and it baffles me that Chris never got a Golden Buzzer during his time on the show!
Chris Turner Performance on ‘AGT’ 2025 Finale
Before his “AGT” Finale performance, we learn that Chris went to university and got his degree in archaeology and anthropology. However, he soon discovered his love for performing, and it led him to the “America’s Got Talent” stage.
For this finale performance, he was taking eight suggestions and would rap about each of them. However, after each suggestion was completed, the beat would speed up. He would start at 80BPM and go up to 150BPM before the song ended.
I’m sorry, but what? The way he performs this on the fly is so amazing. He is so good, and it’s just so fun to watch. I am a huge fan of Chris!
For the judges, Simon said Chris wasn’t on their radar, but he’s got a feeling that he might be the one to beat. Mel B said she is lost for words. Sofia said everything he has done on that stage is genius. Howie said he just solidified himself $1 million.
To be honest, I was feeling the same way after his performance. It was just too good not to reward him with the win, right?
