Sofía Vergara, 53, may offer up her show business savviness on “America’s Got Talent,” however, she’s also willing to show others how to slay fashion-wise. The star took to Instagram on Thursday, October 9, to share a few photos of herself while on vacation in the Bahamas.
In the photos, the actress can be seen sitting while wearing a sleek black swimsuit.
Fans were quick to flood the comments with heart and fire emojis as well as admiring comments.

GettyAlthough plenty of Sofia’s Instagram followers think she looks great, the star admits that she still has “insecurities,” especially while wearing a swimsuit.
“Swimsuits are always difficult for women — no matter what age, what size, what race,” she told E! News in June 2024. “We all have our insecurities. But once you get older, it’s even more because we don’t look the same.”
Sofia also talked to Glamour in November 2023 about her body changing as she’s gotten older.
“Sometimes I read messages — I avoid reading comments because, for what? It’s usually people that are in a bad mood or depressed or jealous,” she said. “I read it and it’s like, ‘She has done so much stuff to herself that she doesn’t even look like her anymore.’ And I’m thinking, It’s not like you have plastic surgery to look worse than before, come on!”
She added, “I always want to say, ‘No, it’s called aging! It’s called [expletive] I’m old! That’s why I look different!'”

“It was really difficult for me,” she recalled while writing for Today. “I was insecure for a long time, and then I got to a point where I had a lot of really wonderful role models.”
“I had Sofia Vergara, for one thing,” she explained. “Growing up working with her was amazing because I got to see how confident she was in her body and how much she embraced her curves.”
