So fans can dive straight into the luxury listings, high heels, and inevitable drama that comes with life at The Oppenheim Group. And don’t get too comfy once you’re done; the reunion episode is expected on November 5, 2025, promising even more behind-the-scenes tea.
WARNING: Possible spoilers for “Selling Sunset” Season 9 ahead.
Sandra Vergara: A New Face at The O Group
The newest addition to The Oppenheim Group? Sandra Vergara. If that last name looks familiar, it should; she’s the adoptive sister (and cousin) of “Modern Family” and “America’s Got Talent” star Sofía Vergara, according to Tudum. But Sandra’s not just here for the family name… she’s stepping into the spotlight on her own terms.
Sandra explained why this felt like the right move. “The O Group felt like the perfect fit… sharp, high energy, and full of people who are at the top of their game.” (Tudum) And honestly, that sounds exactly like the energy you need to survive in a world where listing presentations come with designer handbags and passive-aggressive smiles.
Sandra also admitted she joined the show without overpreparing. “I went in blind on purpose. I always thought the women were incredibly dynamic. But being on the inside now, it’s a whole different level of excitement. There was an elephant in the room, but nobody spoke about the elephant.” Yep, she’s already clocked the silent tension that makes “Selling Sunset” so addicting; and it sounds like she’s ready to play in the big leagues.
Confidence, Charm, and a Love for Design
One thing’s for sure; Sandra isn’t shy about her strengths. “I believe confidence is everything. I think that’s what Jason saw when he hired me,” she said, per Tudum. And it makes sense. She’s got the kind of presence that fits right in with the show’s powerhouse personalities.
She also shared that real estate might’ve been in her cards all along. “My family has always told me that I would be amazing at real estate. I’ve always had an eye for design and a love for people, so combining that in real estate just clicked.” That mix of people skills and creative flair? Pretty much the definition of a perfect “Selling Sunset” agent.
This season’s lineup includes Chrishell Stause, Chelsea Lazkani, Emma Hernan, Nicole Young, Alanna Gold, Mary Bonnet, Amanza Smith, and Bre Tiesi, plus Jason and Brett Oppenheim running the show as usual. But with Sandra stepping in, it seems like fans are getting a fresh dose of style, confidence, and maybe a few surprises.

No I feel she’s not wrong yeah her parents are dead rest in peace I’m sorry my parents are dead too okay that doesn’t excuse someone who always wants to pick on someone who’s a drug addict and keep bringing it up and bringing it up it’s you know you want to hit below the belt you want to hit me below the belt you want to hit me I’m going to hit you back yeah I’m right you go girl what she said was not wrong she told the truth it is what it is right. You want to be a big girl and you want to talk you want to talk smack and put people down that’d be a big girl and be able to handle the big girl remarks that you’re going to get back cuz you deserved it . And it’s only so much a person can take of keep getting put down and put down it didn’t feel good when she said it did it so think about how she feels every time you throw it up in her face that she ODed or she’s a drug addict it didn’t feel good doesn’t feel good to her have a little respectable it is though too
