The Double U-Turn last week left one team very upset, but can they get revenge tonight on “The Amazing Race” season 38? Reconsidering Alliances on ‘The Amazing Race’
The teams will be staying in Croatia tonight on “The Amazing Race” season 38 after facing a Double U-Turn last week. While Izzy & Paige will be seeking revenge on Jas & Jag after u-turning them last week. However, it looks like one team might be reconsidering an alliance they formed on the race. Then it looks like a Roadblock might break a team and their strategy.

October 29 Live Recap – Week 6

Driving in Croatia
Ticker & Eric get things started on this leg of the race. They are driving to the next spot for the next clue, as things are staying in Croatia tonight. The teams are driving stick-shift cars, so that has some of them worried.
Tucker & Eric get to the next clue, which is a Detour. The teams will either Bag It Up, where they will fill a wheelbarrow with salt and then fill 10 bags with the salt and seal them. They have to weigh the bags, which have to be between 20 and 21 pounds, and then deliver them. Or Pull It Up, the teams can row out on a boat, find three buoys with oysters on them. Pull up the buoys and then deliver the oysters to a chef.
Jas & Jag drive semitrucks, but they can’t figure out how to drive this stick! They are literally pushing the car to put it in reverse. Tucker & Eric are doing the Bag It Up, as Kyland & Taylor choose to do Pull It Up.
Tucker & Eric get started on bagging the salt, as Kyland & Taylor are struggling to row the boat. The other teams are all trying to get to the Detour still. Meanwhile, Tucker & Eric have their bags sealed and get them delivered. All 10 of the bags are approved, so they get the next clue on “The Amazing Race” season 38, which has them drive to another location for the next clue.
They head out to the next clue, as Jas & Jag arrive to start their Detour. Meanwhile, Kyland & Taylor still can’t row the boat!
Road Block Time
Tucker & Eric get to the next clue, which is a Road Block. For this Road Block, the teams will have to go to three different locations, which will have Croatian facts at each location. They will then come back to a location and answer three questions regarding those facts. If they get the questions correct, they get the clue. If not, they have to go back out and come back, and the questions will change!
Eric heads out and gets all the facts. He comes back and gets all of the questions right, but he forgot to mention “feet” in the final question, so he was wrong. He needs to head out to redo it. Meanwhile, Kyland & Tayloir are finally rowing and getting some buoys for the Detour.
On his second attempt, Eric gets the three questions correct. They get the next clue, which has them heading to the Pit Stop for tonight!
Jas & Jag try to get their bags approved. They got nine of the 10 approved, as one was sealed incorrectly. They need to head back to redo it. Kyland & Taylor got the oysters to the chef, so they are moving on to the Road Block.
Jack & Chelsie are driving and trying to find the first clue, but struggling, yet again, with directions and driving.
Playing It Safe
Jas & Jag head back to fill the salt bags. They fill 3 bags, just to be safe. Joseph & Adam get to Bag It Up, as Kyland & Taylor are heading out. We see Izzy & Paige and Kristine & Rubina head out, so all the teams are officially started on this leg.
Jas & Jag get their 10th bag approved, so they are heading out. Taylor is working the Road Block. She decides that she will just go to the questions, find out what she needs to know, and then go out and find those facts. She thinks this is going to help her, but didn’t read the clue to know the questions change every time!
Natalie & Stephanie are working on Pull It Up for the Detour. Maybe it’s not on the clue, but Jas is working the Road Block and just goes to the questions to find out what he needs to know. However, he goes back to the lady and gets the questions again, and now knows they change every time. He heads out, but apparently, finding these facts is hard.
Jas finds the facts and heads back, and he gets it correct this time, and they are now headed to the Pit Stop. Taylor comes back to the questions after learning the answers to the questions she was asked. She now knows the questions change, so she is angry!
Anger Sets In on ‘The Amazing Race’
Taylor is mad, but heads back out to learn all the facts. You can see things are starting to boil up for Natalie & Stephanie, as they finally get all three sets of oysters. Taylor gets it right on her second attempt, so they are headed to the Pit Stop now.
Natalie & Stephanie get approval of their oysters, so they head to Road Block now. Joseph & Adam are trying to deliver their bags, but they are worried about Adam and his sugar levels.
Natalie & Stephanie get to the Road Block, so Stephanie is going to work on it. However, she misses the map, so she doesn’t know where to find the facts. Joseph & Adam finally get the bags delivered, and they get all 10 bags correct and head to Road Block.
At the Road Block, Adam is going to work on it, so he and Stephanie join forces to find the facts and learn them together. We have Jack & Chelsie and Izzy & Paige both at the Detour working on bagging up the salt.
Then we have Stephanie and Adam getting the facts and getting the questions all correct, so they are both heading to the Pit Stop. Natalie & Stephanie get directions, but Natalie wants to let the guys know, as they are in an alliance. Stephanie is upset, but they go to look for the guys, but can’t find them.
Battle Between the Final Three Teams
As Natalie & Stephanie argue about waiting for Joseph & Adam, the guys get directions and head out. They both get to Phil and check in.
Now it’s down to the final three teams, as Jack & Chelsie and Izzy & Paige are working on Bag It Up, and Christine & Rubina are working on Pull It Up for the Detour.
Izzy & Paige are getting angry while delivering the salt bags. They finally get there, right before Jack & Chelsie. Both teams get approval and head out to the Road Block.
Jack and Izzy are working on the Road Block. Izzy asks Jack to work together, but he says he’s good. They both try to do the questions, but get them wrong because they forgot “feet” and “miles” in their answers.
Christine & Rubina got the oysters delivered, so they are moving on to the Road Block. On the second attempt, Izzy and Jack both get the questions right and head to the Pit Stop.
Jack & Chelsie got to the Pit Stop, as Izzy & Paige struggled with directions. They finally get it right and check in with Phil.
Rubina gets the Road Block done. They head to the Pit Stop and are the final team to check in with Phil and they have been eliminated from the race! When asked who they’d like to see win, they say Izzy & Paige! They want to root for the underdog and want an all-female team to win, so Rubina rooting against her boyfriend (Tucker)!
