Heat exhaustion threatens to end the competition for one of the teams on “The Amazing Race” 2025 tonight. Host Phil Keoghan has the teams traveling to Italy tonight, but one of them must arrive an hour later the the other remaining teams on “The Amazing Race” season 38. Feeling Hopeless on ‘The Amazing Race’
The teams are flying to Milan, Italy, tonight on “The Amazing Race” season 38, as we see in the sneak peek that CBS has shared. However, one team faces a major setback when they’re forced to travel an hour behind the pack.
Jas & Jag kick things off again tonight after winning another leg last week, but the fight to be named the winners of “The Amazing Race” season 38 during this “Big Brother” crossover season continues tonight. Follow along with our Live Recap below!

Final Five Teams on ‘The Amazing Race’
We are down to the final five teams on “The Amazing Race” season 38. Jas & Jag kick things off tonight, as all of the teams will be flying to Milan, Italy, tonight.
The teams all head to the travel agent to get their tickets. The first four teams all get a direct flight, which will arrive at 9:20 a.m. However, Kyland & Taylor miss that flight, as it’s fully booked. They will arrive at 10:05 a.m., so they will get off to a 45-minute delay compared to the other teams.
The first four teams land in Milan. They have cars waiting for them, with the next clue. The teams get in the cars and will drive to the next clue. Of course, Jack & Chelsie miss their exit. Joseph & Adam are following Jas & Jag, allowing them to lead.
Road Block
For this challenge, the teams will have to replicate a flower dress. They will use live flowers and have to pin them together. We see Jas and Adam taking on this challenge. Then Izzy & Paige arrive, and Izzy will be taking on this Road Block.
Kyland & Taylor finally land in Milan, as we see Jack & Chelsie get to the Road Block. Jack is working on this challenge.
Jas tries to get his dress approved, but he has the wrong number of flowers. The sun is shining bright on these players, and they haven’t seen the sun in a while. It’s hot, so it’s a lot on these teams. Adam is starting to feel lightheaded and dizzy, so he is thinking his blood sugar is low.
The medics come in. His blood sugar was 130, which normal range is 90-170, so he fell in that range. The medics think he has heat exhaustion, as he is hot. He gets some liquids, but then wants to get back to the challenge. They tell him to take his time, as the others are all cheering him on, which is nice to see.
Kyland & Taylor arrive at the Road Block, finally, as Jas asks for a check again. He still has the wrong number of flowers, as Kyland starts working on his dress. Jas keeps getting checks, but the flowers are still wrong. He keeps counting and checking, but finally gets it right, and they get the next clue.
Onto the Next Clue
Jas & Jag head out to the next spot for the next clue on “The Amazing Race” season 38. Back at the Road Block, both Jack and Izzy get a check on the dress, and they both have the wrong number of flowers. They try again and are wrong again.
Adam’s sugar is now through the roof, but he wants to keep going. He gets a check, but he is wrong. They have moved his dress to the shade, for safety reasons. Joseph is worried about him.
Jas & Jag get to the next clue, which is another Road Block. For this one, they will have to assemble pieces of a replica of a tower. Then they will use a jousting stick to get these rings as locals push them on a horse. Jag starts working on building the tower.
Jack gets another dress check and is wrong. Izzy gets another check, but she is correct, and they head out to the next clue. Adam gets another dress check and is wrong again. The same goes for Jack.
Adam gets another check, and he is right this time. They head out to the next clue. Jack gets it right on the next check, also. Jack & Chelsie and Joseph & Adam both head out, but one goes to the right and the other to the left.
Meanwhile, Jag gets his tower approved and then does the second part of the Road Block with ease. They get the next clue and are heading out.
Kyland gets the dress checked, and he gets it right on the first attempt and they head out to the next clue.
A Bridge to the Next Leg
Jas & Jag get to the next clue. This one has them building a self-supporting bridge to get the next clue. Izzy & Paige get to the next clue, and Paige is going to take this one on.
Yes, it’s another week of “The Amazing Race” and another week of Jack & Chelsie being lost. They drove around for 30 minutes, and are back at where the first Road Block was. It appears Kyland & Taylor may have passed them, if they are on the right road.
Jack & Chelsie stop and ask for directions again. They are back on the road again. Jas & Jag get their self-supporting bridge approved, so they are now heading to the Pit Stop!
Paige gets the tower approved, so now she is trying to gather all four rings. She fails on her first two attempts. She gets it on her third attempt, and they head out, as Joseph & Adam arrive at this Road Block. Adam wants to redeem himself, so he is taking on this Road Block also.
Jas & Jag get to the Pit Stop and win another leg this season. Adam gets his tower completed, so he heads out on the horse and gathers all four rings on his first attempt. They are now heading to the next clue.
As Joseph & Adam get directions to the next clue, Kyland & Taylor arrive at the Road Block. Kyland is working on this one. Jack & Chelsie finally arrive at the Road Block, so Chelsie is working on this one. Taylor is struggling and losing her patience.
Making the Final Four
Izzy & Paige get the bridge approved, so they are now heading to the Pit Stop. Joseph & Adam get to the bridge and start building it.
At the Road Block, it’s a tight race, but Taylor gets the tower completed first. She fails on the first attempt with the rings, but gets it on the second attempt. They now head out to the next clue.
Chelsie gets the tower completed. On her third attempt, she gets the rings gathered. They are now headed to the next clue. Joseph & Adam get the bridge approved, as they now head out to the Pit Stop.
Kyland & Taylor get to the bridge. I feel his attention to detail will help them thrive on this one. Jack & Chelsie arrive also, and Chelsie is a puzzle builder, so the pressure is on both teams. They are both close to getting the bridge together, but then Jack & Chelsie have their bridge collapse and must start over!
Kyland & Taylor get the bridge approved, so they head out. Jack & Chelsie rebuild and get their bridge approved, so they head out also. It’s definitely a race to the Pit Stop, but they made up that time for being on the later flight and Kyland & Taylor make it to the Pit Stop before Jack & Chelsie.
