’90s TV Exes Reunite in Surprise Concert Photo

Former “Beverly Hills, 90210” stars Brian Austin Green and Tiffani Thiessen reunited in Los Angeles on Nov. 20 at a Sandals Resorts event held shortly before Sabrina Carpenter performed at Crypto.com Arena. Their public appearance marked the first time the two actors had been photographed together in nearly 30 years.

Green and Thiessen attended the Sandals Resorts lounge activation, which supported community initiatives through the Sandals Foundation. Photos from the gathering showed the actors greeting each other, posing together for images, and engaging with guests. Entertainment Weekly reported that the reunion took place three decades after their breakup, during their time on “90210.”

A Reunion Shaped by Time

Green and Thiessen dated in the mid-1990s while starring on the hit Fox series. Thiessen joined the cast in Season 5 in 1994. Their split occurred the following year, and both actors continued to work on the show after the breakup. In a recent interview cited by Entertainment Weekly, Green said he struggled with jealousy during that period and described himself as “young and insecure.” Thiessen told the outlet that their breakup was amicable and the result of typical growing pains.

The reunion brought renewed attention to their time on one of the most influential teen dramas of the 1990s. Green, who is now engaged to former “Dancing with the Stars” pro dancer Sharna Burgess, has spoken openly about how age and experience have shaped the way he looks back on his early career and relationships. Thiessen, who is married to actor Brady Smith, has built a career in acting, hosting, and food media.

Nostalgia for a Generation of Fans

The Sandals Resorts event created a relaxed environment that allowed the former co-stars to interact in a friendly and comfortable setting. Coverage from Just Jared and Us Weekly noted that the appearance was significant for fans who followed the pair both on and off screen during the height of “90210” popularity.

After the activation, Green and Thiessen attended Carpenter’s concert. Carpenter drew a large crowd as part of her dominant year in pop music. Celebrity attendees shared photos and videos from the show, helping the reunion gain additional momentum across social media.

The moment highlighted how much time has passed since the early days of “90210” and how relationships once scrutinized by fans and tabloids can evolve in unexpected and positive ways. For viewers who grew up on the series, seeing Green and Thiessen stand together again offered a reminder of how nostalgia can bridge decades.

The reunion did not hint at any future collaboration, but it delivered something equally compelling for longtime fans. Sometimes, the most meaningful full-circle moment is simply two people recognizing how far they have come.
