The Property Brothers are known for sharing practical tips and hilarious antics on social media, and their latest Whirlpool partnership post is the best of both worlds. Jonathan Scott gives viewers a tour of their holiday fridge, while Drew Scott meditates on a nearby countertop. The post gives fans serious fridge organization envy, but it also reveals something else: a holiday “guilty pleasure” lurking on one of the perfectly arranged shelves. Alongside plenty of produce and other health-conscious staples, fans can spot a delicious-looking fruit pie.
The pie sits atop a whimsical green cake plate and has a picture-perfect lattice top. However, there’s one more potential guilty pleasure the HGTV stars hint at in the video. “I hope you left room for mom’s mint dessert!” Drew says as he hops off the counter at the end of the clip.
Jonathan and Drew Really Get into the Holiday Spirit
GettyThe holidays are clearly an important time for the Property Brothers, who have given fans plenty of glimpses into their celebrations and decor over the years. In 2024, Jonathan and Zoey Deschanel took viewers on a holiday house tour, sharing their favorite decorating tricks while showing off their own stunning spread.
Fans have certainly come to expect interior design content from the Property Brothers, but Jonathan had another holiday surprise to share in the video: his extensive Christmas sweater collection. Of course, he isn’t the only brother who loves Christmas; Drew and his wife, Linda Phan, also got in on the action with a YouTube house tour of their own.
The Brothers Have Shared Childhood Holiday Memories With Fans
Getty“Mom’s mint dessert” from their fridge tour video isn’t the only Scott family holiday lore the Property Brothers have shared over the years. In 2024, they sat down with the rest of their family to reveal some beloved seasonal memories on their website. “My parents weren’t into buying expensive decorations,” Drew shared. “We would make everything.” He then describes fun holiday crafts such as paper snowflakes.
Even their parents, Jim and Joanne Scott, joined in on sharing a fun family story. “Their mother always wanted a yellow Labrador, so the four of us went around and found the ideal puppy,” Jim explained. Although the family always waited until Christmas Day to open their gifts, that year, they made a Christmas Eve exception for the puppy, whom they named Brandy. The article includes plenty of other fun Scott family Christmas tales, as well as photos of the brothers, their family, and their significant others from across the years.
