Although Hallmark Channel’s premiere of “Three Wisest Men” on November 15, 2025, may have marked the final movie in the network’s hugely popular franchise, the off-screen adventures for its stars have only just begun.
The trilogy’s Brenner Brothers — played by Tyler Hynes, Paul Campbell, and Andrew Walker — and the doctor who shows up in every movie, played by Hallmark star and screenwriter Kimberley Sustad, have become extremely close in real life. Their bond is so tight, Sustad told EntertainmentNow, that their future plans include moving next door to each other.
Kimberley Sustad Says She Can’t Wait to Be an Annoying Neighbor to Tyler Hynes
HallmarkBefore the “Three Wisest Men” premiere, Sustad told EntertainmentNow of her future vision with Hynes, Campbell, and Walker, explaining, “We have this dream of buying homes on a cul-de-sac when we retire, and just like, complaining about each other’s yards. We have a whole plan.”
“We’re all Canadians, and we’re like this unit — a little troop,” she continued. “We talk all the time. So, whether we’re on set or whatever, we’re all doing life together.”
Sustad, who wrote the “Three Wise Men” movies with Campbell and Russell Hainline, assured EntertainmentNow that the vision of being neighbors with Hallmark’s Brenner boys is not just a pipe dream. She noted that she and Campbell already live full-time in Vancouver, Walker and his family have been living there for the last year, and Hynes is seriously considering finding a place there, too.
“Tyler’s gonna be moving out to Vancouver, and Andrew’s here now, so we’re a couple steps away from making it a reality,” she said, before hilariously adding, “I want to throw [expletive] on their yards, just to tick off Tyler every day. (I’ll) put something out there that he has to pick up, and he’ll be like, ‘Oh my God, I’m gonna kill her,’ while I just sit at my house, watching.”
Kimberley Sustad’s House is the Gathering Spot for Her ‘Three Wisest Men’ Co-Stars & Other Hallmark Colleagues
HallmarkUntil the day they can be actual neighbors, the “Three Wisest Men” cast will continue to hang out at Sustad’s house, which is the de facto Hallmark gathering spot, the “Merry Christmas, Ted Cooper!” star told EntertainmentNow.
“I like to host, for sure, and it’s just the space that’s most conducive for families,” Sustad said. “I have the trampoline, so the parents can sit by the fire (on the patio), you know?”
“During the summer,” she added, “there will always be a Hallmark actor here, starting from, like, May to August. There’s always someone here. It’s pretty lovely.”
‘Three Wisest Men’ Posse is So Grateful They’ve Become a Family
HallmarkThough Sustad, Campbell, Walker, and Hynes were all good friends before making “Three Wise Men and a Baby” in 2022, the experience of creating the unexpected trilogy and spending so much time together promoting and celebrating the franchise turned them into a chosen family, they’ve all said.
In a post before the “Three Wisest Men” premiere, Campbell wrote on social media that his involvement onscreen and off “has been the greatest creative accomplishment of my life,” noting that “at their core, they’re stories about the enduring resilience of family and the power of vulnerability. Of asking for help. Of embracing the beauty of imperfection and loving yourself for it, not in spite of it. Of love.”
He continued, “Ironically, in making these movies I found a family of my own. People who love and support me unconditionally, not in spite of my imperfections, but because of them. People I will take to the end. There is no greater gift.”
On November 16, Walker shared, “To say I’m grateful to be a part of the #threewisemen trilogy is an understatement. These projects have changed me, for the better.”
Three movies, with my best friends, who are also my family,” he continued. “Our love and support for each other is REAL and unconditional, and having the opportunity to work together 3x in 4 years is a dream come true. We’ve grown, supported, and challenged each other and ourselves, and the outcome is more than I could’ve imagined.”
“Three Wisest Men” will re-air on Hallmark Channel on November 16 at 6 p.m. Eastern time, and an extended cut version is available to stream on Hallmark+.

Great movie!!! Now, have one if the Sons buy the house!!!
He did
WOW, This was a Fabulous Movie. I’ve watched All 3 of the Wise Men Trilogy, & I’ll miss them. I will watch them at Christmas as the years go by. Thank You Kimberly, Tyler, Paul & Andrew for a FABULOUS TRILOGY.
I have to say that I love all the ladies in the Hallmark movies, but Kimberley Sustad is one of my absolute favorites. And of all her movies, I think my absolute favorite (so far anyway) is To All a Good Night. Having said that, and having read this article, I have to wonder, is the final scene in To All a Good Night, when Ceci tells Sam about her plans for Willow Glen, something that inspired Kimberley’s idea? Or did that get put in the final scene of To All a Good Night because Kimberley had the idea earlier and wanted to use it in the movie?
Just curious!
You just wrote the beginning of another 3Wise men—they all move next to each other on a cul de sac. That would be hillarious. Please write another one. I look forward to them each year. You all just rock!!!!
Use the same characters and do another movie!
I love hallmark all the time but I would love to see part 4 of the 3 wisest men trilogy. Where they are all married and living next to each other and just watching the trouble everyone gets into. This is the best trilogy and it can’t end here
Love them ! Can’t wait for the next one
Please continue making more of these, beyond the trilogy. Have them all married, living next to each other, sharing all kinds of life’s ups and downs. Its too good to end…this group is fantastic.
I agree that Three Wise Men should continue. It would be hilarious if they all lived near each other. I am sure Paul and Kimberly would come up with a great script.
Loved the latest Wisemen movie … but I really missed the legendary Nutcracker dance!!!
I Love you 💖 all!!!! I can not wait to see what’s next for all of you, hopefully together. Just promise me if you live by each other do not try to get on each other nerves to much, I would love to have what you four do, as good group of friends that bond together.
I love you all,Please do not retire just yet. You put that special light in my heart. I will be very sad if I can know longer see the family I believe in. I support you and have faith that you still can do what you love too.
