Mark Ballas & Whitney Leavitt’s Fans Have Big Plans for Their Freestyle Despite Elimination

As “Dancing with the Stars” Season 34 heads into the finale, many fans are heartbroken that Mark Ballas and Whitney Leavitt won’t be competing. The pair were eliminated in the semifinals after performing a Cha Cha to “1999” and a Viennese Waltz to “Slow Love” for Prince Night.

Mark Ballas & Whitney Leavitt’s Fans Not Ready To Say Goodbye

The elimination came as a shock to many! Based on the judges’ scores, Ballas and Leavitt were among the top six remaining celebrities competing for the Mirrorball Trophy. But they did not have enough fan votes to continue in the competition, despite Leavitt being an incredibly skilled dancer and Ballas a three-time Mirrorball champion and supremely talented choreographer. However, fans are not ready to say goodbye completely. They have big plans for the couple’s freestyle dance routine that they would have learned and performed in the final.

In an Instagram post on the official “Dancing with the Stars” Instagram account, the ABC dance competition reflected on Ballas and Leavitt’s exit. The photos show the moment they were eliminated from the competition, and Leavitt looks heartbroken. The caption reads, “Whitney and Mark, your immense talent and creativity brought smiles to so many this season. From choreo that went viral to unmatched storytelling in your performances, we will miss you in the ballroom! Leave them some love as we say goodbye #DWTS.”

An Exciting Plan for Mark Ballas & Whitney Leavitt’s Freestyle

The post has been flooded with fan reactions. Supporters have been eager to share their thoughts, with many claiming Leavitt was “robbed” of her place in the finale and that she was a deserving competitor. Among the top comments is one about their freestyle. “Hear me out. Mark still teaches Whitney the freestyle he dreamed up, they film it, and post it on social media,” a fan wrote. The comment has been liked over 22,000 times in agreement.

“Please! WE BEGGG YOU!!!!” a fan wrote in agreement. “Please do this – iI’m devasted not to see this.”

“She was clearly the best dancer in the dance competition!” a third commenter shared. “So sad she is gone. Now we don’t get to see what Mark’s creativity would have been for the finale either.”

Leavitt and Ballas have been active on TikTok, creating little skits and showing off their playful side (and dance skills) throughout the competition. Could this be their final offering to DWTS fans? We can hope!
