They will be tasked with making eye-popping treats, and the premiere kicks off on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
The show will air at 9 p.m. ET on FOX. Episodes will be available to stream on Hulu the next day. So, the only spot to catch the premiere episode of “Next Level Baker” is on FOX tonight.
How Does ‘Next Level Baker’ Work?
For this holiday baking competition, Gordon Ramsay will have some chef mentors helping him along the way. He will be joined by Carla Hall, a “Top Chef” alum and former co-host of “The Chew,” and Candace Nelson, founder of Sprinkles Cupcakes.
The bakers will be divided into three teams and have different challenges to complete each episode. The competition takes place over the three-level kitchen created for “Next Level Chef.” However, producers have transformed it into a winter wonderland for “Next Level Baker.”
The bakers will use all three levels to cook, with the basement level having equipment that leaves a lot to be desired. Then the middle level is just your average kitchen, and the top level is a state-of-the-art kitchen.
When all is said and done, one baker will be chosen as the winner of “Next Level Baker.” For winning, the lucky baker will take home $25,000 and a HexCard prize package.
