“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, December 5, reveal that Jack Abbott trusts Nikki Newman with a secret.
Diane Jenkins and Kyle Abbott dig for dirt on Victor Newman. Meanwhile, Claire Newman loses her cool with Audra Charles. Plus, Claire and Kyle team up against a common enemy.
‘The Young & the Restless’ Spoilers: Jack Shares a Secret
On Friday, Jack asks Nikki about Victor attacking Cane Ashby’s company with the AI software. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say he reminds her she promised to keep her husband from coming after Jabot.
Nikki asks if they have security in place to protect the company. Jack says he has a plan, and he’ll share it if she promises to keep it a secret.
“Jabot is shutting down, we will cease to manufacture, market or sell anything,” Jack confides in Nikki. “It is an extreme defensive move to handle a dangerous cyber attack.”
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Nikki thinks it’s a terrible idea. Jack asks if Victor really has the program, and Nikki confirms it.
“I hate that Victor has it, I would yank it away from him if I could,” she adds.
Jack comes up with a plan. “Well, now there’s a thought,” he says. Nikki promises she’ll do what she can before leaving. Just then, Diane arrives.
Diane asks Jack what’s going on, and he admits he told Nikki about their shutdown plans. He adds that Nikki is going to try to get the AI from Victor.
Diane flips out upon hearing this. She thinks it’s a bad move and might cost them everything.
Audra & Claire’s Showdown
At Society, Holden asks Claire to join him for some drinks, but she says she’s meeting Kyle. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Holden tells Claire things seem different between them ever since he told her about Audra.
“It’s not about what you told me, it’s about what I think you didn’t tell me,” Claire replies. “There’s more to what you did with Audra and I’m just waiting for you to finally tell me what it is.”
Then, Audra walks in and angrily confronts Claire. “It’s time for you to get a life and stop digging into mine,” she snaps at her.
“You’re miserable and I’m not, and that eats away at you,” Claire claps back. “No life, no work, no romance.”
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Audra smacks Claire across the face. Claire tries to hit her back, but Holden stops her.
“How will you reward him Claire, now that he’s your big, strong hero?” Audra continues to taunt her.
Claire lunged at Audra, putting her in a chokehold. “Is this what you want, for my claws to come out? Don’t touch me again!” Claire threatens. “Don’t come after me again and I won’t have to retaliate, to shut you up for good!”
Just then, Kyle arrives and asks Claire what’s going on. “Get me outta here,” she tells him, and they leave.
Meanwhile, Holden asks Audra if she’s okay. She wonders if she has bruises on her neck. “Claire is going down now Holden, so don’t try to stand in my way,” she tells him.
‘The Young & the Restless’ Spoilers: Kyle & Claire Team Up
At GCAC, Kyle and Claire talk more about Audra. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Claire tells him she made sure Audra knows not to mess with her.
Claire adds that she knows about Audra’s criminal history, and she’ll bury her with it. Kyle offers to help her with that.
“I am in, one hundred per cent, if you even need a partner,” Kyle says before they toast to Audra’s downfall.
