Mormon Wives’ Taylor Frankie Paul Teases Shocking Eliminations in Her Season of ‘The Bachelorette’ [VIDEO]

Ahead of the November 13 premiere of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” season 3, Taylor Frankie Paul shared a teaser for her upcoming season of “The Bachelorette” that left fans stunned.

What We Know About Paul’s Season So Far

Paul will be the lead of season 22 of “The Bachelorette,” which is a significant choice considering she is the first lead to be chosen from outside the “Bachelor” franchise.

The way Paul announced her casting on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast was also unprecedented. It was the first time a lead wasn’t announced on an ABC-affiliated platform like “Good Morning America” or an “After the Final Rose” special.

The official description of Paul’s “Bachelorette” season reads, “Paul is the breakout star of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” captivating millions with her raw, unapologetic storytelling. Off-screen, she’s a TikTok powerhouse whose comedic, heartwarming and bitingly honest content has earned her a massive following. As a single mother of three, Paul shares the highs and lows of her life with unfiltered candor. With humor, resilience and a fearless openness, she inspires others to embrace life’s chaos and own their story.”

The cast list for Paul’s highly anticipated season was also released by ABC. See the list of potential love interests here.

Paul shared her thoughts on her upcoming “Bachelorette” season in an Instagram reel.

“I am the Bachelorette, guys—that’s wild! I don’t want to get emotional, because I’m always emotional, but these are good emotions. When they flew to town to ask me, my first thoughts were why me? It goes without saying that I come with a lot, and I was like, ‘who is going to want me?'”

Season 22 will be premiering on March 22, 2026.

Paul Sits Down With Jesse Palmer

“Well, quite a crazy day,” Jesse commented in ABC’s teaser that Paul shared on her Instagram. “Your journey is off and running, obviously. And all the dates and all the drama, it’s already all happening.”

“I know, it got going fast,” Paul said, also admitting that she had “some crushes already.”

“You have a really, really good group of guys,” Palmer agreed.

“Yes, they’re all amazing, which has made it, you know this far, so much harder,” said Paul before calling them all “such gentlemen” and discussing how she has “chemistry” with them.

Paul then discusses how opening up about her past has seemingly made the other men feel like, “maybe I can tell you all of my past, and you’re not going to judge me.”

Palmer points out how different this world is from “Secret Lives,” and Paul agrees that it is “totally different.” She admits that the “PDA” is really getting to her since publicly showing affection is a fear of hers, despite what fans may think due to her reality TV past.

“The rule book, really, I feel like has been thrown out the window,” Palmer commented. “You are doing this your own way.”

Paul admits that she’s not a very “by the book girl.” She wants everyone to be comfortable, even if it takes wearing her “Crocs tonight, or any other night.”

“If I want to, I think, send people home before the rose ceremony, if I catch something, I’m sending them home,” Paul stated.

“Which literally happened a couple hours ago,” Palmer confirmed, hinting that Paul would be making moves during her season that are both shocking and exciting for “Bachelor” fans.

“I think it’s shocking the guys, too,” said Palmer.
