“Dancing with the Stars” Season 34 coincided with the ABC dance competition’s 20th birthday celebration, and many professional dancers and beloved competitors returned to be included in the show in some capacity. However, fans noticed that “The Bachelorette” star Hannah Brown did not take to the stage. And that’s alright because they spotted her in a special Christmas-themed celebration!
Hannah Brown’s DWTS Journey
Brown competed on “Dancing with the Stars” Season 28 in 2019. She won the Mirrorball Trophy alongside professional partner Alan Bersten. It was an incredible season, and “Dancing with the Holidays” highlighted her dance skills once again. Not because she performed on the show, but because she appeared in a reprisal performance from 2023.

The special festive-themed show was broadcast on ABC on Tuesday, December 2, at 8 p.m. ET. It can be watched on Disney+ and streamed on Hulu on Wednesday, December 3. Ahead of the show, sneak peeks had been given on the official “Dancing with the Stars” Instagram account. This had been a great way to tease who would be included in the television special and to generate excitement.
Professional dancers returning to the ballroom included Jan Ravnik, Witney Carson, Alan Bersten, Britt Stewart, Jenna Johnson, Rylee Arnold, Brandon Armstrong, Pasha Pashkov, Gleb Savchenko, Ezra Sosa, Val Chmerkovskiy, Daniella Karagach, and Emma Slater. Slater was joined onstage by special guests for a performance of “All I Want For Christmas (Is My Two Front Teeth).” Her guests were fan-favorite competitors: Andy Richter from Season 34 and Reginald VelJohnson from Season 33.
Hannah Brown’s Mirrorball Trophy
Brown is a very proud winner of the Mirrorball Trophy. She’s also combined her Trophy with her Christmas celebrations before. After her win in 2019, she told Us Weekly she had found a very special spot to keep her trophy during the Christmas holidays.
“My mom was cleaning up my place, she was here, and I woke up, and my Mirrorball was under my Christmas tree,” she said. “I don’t have any other furniture, but I do have a Christmas tree that my mom helped me put up.”
She continued, “So right now it’s randomly right there, but once I get all of, like, my living room furniture, maybe I’ll put it up somewhere, you know, like a display of it, but not too much. I want it to kind of, I mean I don’t know if the Mirrorball trophy can blend in any way. But I’ll try to, like, put it in so that it’s aesthetically pleasing.” She didn’t take home another Mirrorball on “Dancing with the Holidays,” but even seeing an old clip of her skills has made fans excited and eager to watch her dance again.
