Night 2 of Playoffs on ‘The Voice’ 2025
It’s time for week 2 of the Playoffs on “The Voice” season 28 tonight. Tonight, we get to see eight more artists take the stage who made the Playoffs this season. They will be fighting for a spot in the Voice Finale next week. For tonight, it will be Team Niall and Team Snoop performing for their coaches, with one spot for each team open in the Voice Finale. Night 2 of the Playoffs
Time for Night 2 of the Playoffs. We have Team Snoop and Team Niall tonight. Let’s get this performance started!
YOSHIHANAA – Team Snoop
Snoop said she is one of the strongest vocalists in the competition. He thinks she can win it all. For this performance, she is singing “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going” by Jennifer Holliday.
This is a huge song choice, but YOSHIHANAA has the voice that can bring it. She owns the stage, and her voice is so powerful. So many big notes! A very strong start to the night!
Coaches’ Feedback: Niall said incredible performance, yet again. Michael said she was clutch city. Snoop said he is so proud of her and so honored to have her on his team.
Kirbi – Team Niall
Niall said she took the next step in the Knockouts. She said she is one step away from the live show, so she is going to give it her all tonight on “The Voice” season 28. For this performance, she is singing “Bruises” by Lewis Capaldi.
This is Niall’s pal’s song, so he should be happy to hear it. She has that nasally sound to her voice, but it works. It’s a slow song, but she has good control of her tone.
Coaches’ Feedback: Reba said that it was so beautiful. Everything about her voice is so pure, and she just loved her performance. Niall said he is so proud of her, and she doesn’t realize how good she is.
Mindy Miller – Team Snoop on ‘The Voice’
Snoop blocked Reba on Mindy, which made him very happy. He thinks she is a country superstar. For this performance, she is singing “Not Ready to Make Nice” by The Chicks.
This was another strong song choice. She sounds very good on it. I love this song, and I think she did justice to it. Mindy is a very strong country singer, and she ends it so softly, which I enjoyed.
Coaches’ Feedback: Reba said once again, she knocked it out of the ballpark. Her vocal is music to my ears. Snoop said he is a proud coach, and he is excited to have her on his team.
Aiden Ross – Team Niall
Niall said he can see a lot of himself in Aiden. He said making it to the finale would show him he can do more than sing at the farm. For this performance, he is singing “The Blower’s Daughter” by Damien Rice.
Yes, he is 20 years old, but his voice is so seasoned. This kid is singing on the farm? He sounded so confident on that stage, and it was a great song choice for him.
Coaches’ Feedback: Snoop said his performance tonight proved there is no decision but him through to the finals. Niall said it’s not what you can’t do, but what you should do. Congrats, great job.
Ava Nat on Team Niall
Niall said she is 18, but sounds like a veteran. He said she has a way of selling a song, like no other. For this performance, she is singing “Ceilings” by Lizzy McAlpine.
This is a simple song. She has a good sound to her voice, but it was a slow one for me. She hits some bigger notes as the song takes off, but it started too slowly for me.
Coaches’ Feedback: Snoop said she sounds amazing, and he was thoroughly impressed. Reba said she looked calm, and she was soaring at the end of the song. Niall said her ability to tell a story is beyond belief.
Toni Lorene – Team Snoop
She said she has grown with every performance, and she is standing in that confidence tonight. Snoop told her to stand in that confidence and bring it home. For this performance, she is singing “Bust Your Windows” by Jazmine Sullivan.
Yeah, this song has a lot of big notes in it, and Toni does a great job with them. It was a solid song choice, and she was singing with some confidence and sass. I enjoyed it.
Coaches’ Feedback: Michael said that it was amazing, and what a choice of song too. Niall said he wasn’t scared of her before this. Snoop said he has tears of joy.
DEK of Hearts – Team Niall
Niall said they are the harmony experts, and when they go together, it’s so beautiful. They said their bond and friendship have grown during this process. For this performance, they are singing “Helplessly Hoping” by David Crosby, Graham Nash, and Stephen Stills.
It’s such a soft and sweet song, but yes, their harmonies are out of this world. They sound so good together, and this was such a strong song choice. It got to show us all how good singers they are. I loved it.
Coaches: Feedback: Reba said can they do that 30 more times? She thinks they all should win this. Snoop said there is no one like them. Niall said it’s amazing how great their harmony is.
Ralph Edwards – Team Snoop
Snoop said he is his showstopping singer. He said he could put out records and compete with Jelly Roll and Teddy Swims. For this performance, he sings “For A Song For You” by Donny Hathaway.
They call him Wreck-It Ralph, and he just smashed his way through this song. His voice is so good. He hits some big notes, and I just loved how he sounds. He definitely has that Teddy Swims and Jelly Roll vibe, as Snoop said. This was so good.
Coaches’ Feedback: Niall said he can’t speak after that. Michael said he is the voice. Snoop was brought to tears. He said he touched him tonight.
