“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star, Josh Altman, shared a couple adorable snaps of his wife, Heather, and their two smiling kids on Instagram… and WOW! They’re growing up so fast!
Josh and Heather met on season 4 of the Bravo hit when Heather was working for Josh’s real estate nemesis, Madison Hildebrand. As Josh and Madison were competing agents, it was a real conflict of interest for both of them… but love ultimately won out and they married during season 9. Later seasons followed Heather’s pregnancy announcement and birth of their two children, Alexis (“Lexi”) and Ace. The Altmans remained fan favorites on the show through season 15 when they made the decision to leave.
Why They Quit the Show
GettyAccording to a joint Instagram post on October of last year, they captioned their announcement with, “’Million Dollar Listing LA’ has been a hell of a ride. The memories, friendships, experiences, sales, the highs, the lows and the doors it has opened we will forever be thankful for.”
In November of last year, Josh told Us Weekly, “This has been something that has kind of been coming up over the past 24 months. The main reason, according to Josh, is that he and Heather want to spend more time with their kids. “We can always go out there and sell houses,” he said in the same interview with Us Weekly. We can always go out there and do all these things, but we’ll never get the time back when our kids are this age.” He then added, “I would rather slow it down now, hang with them and then when they’re teenagers and they want nothing to do with their parents, then I can go back to doing everything we had done.”
Since the show, Josh has continued to focus on his company, The Altman Brothers, which focuses on luxury real estate across California.
So, Where Is Season 16 of ‘MDLLA’?
BravoAccording to TMZ, production has been put on pause after 15 seasons, and the departure of Heather and Josh probably didn’t help things. Some of the most notable cast members also include Josh Flagg, Tracy Tutor, James Harris, David Parnes, and Madison Hildebrand. And while there’s no word on the future of the show, at least the Altmans are clearly happy, healthy, and thriving.
