Madison LeCroy Gives a Holiday Tour of Her $3.9 Million Charleston House

Madison LeCroy is ringing in the holidays Charleston-style — complete with monograms, multiple Christmas trees, and a man cave she swears she didn’t steal from her husband. In a People Hollywood at Home video tour, the “Southern Charm” star opened the doors to her newly purchased South Carolina home, giving fans a look at how she’s created the “holiday decor of my dreams.”

With the help of designer Lauren Young and Minted, LeCroy transformed the space she shares with husband Brett Randle — and their new baby daughter, Teddi — into a festive Southern retreat. The home marks a major milestone for the couple, who settled in just months before welcoming their first child together in June. LeCroy is also mom to 13-year-old Hudson, whom she shares with ex-husband Josh Hughes.

“When it comes to decorating for the holidays, I always wanted the home to feel traditional, warm… just like your mom would do it,” LeCroy explained as she began the tour.

Madison LeCroy Highlights Southern Style, Custom Touches, and a Man Cave

One of LeCroy’s favorite details? Custom Minted place cards and menus on her dining table — each featuring the names of her “Southern Charm” castmates Rodrigo Reyes, Craig Conover, Austen Kroll, Venita Aspen, and Salley Carson.

“It’s definitely giving Southern,” she said of the room.

But the true scene-stealer may be an ornament of her dog, Karen, dangling from one of several Christmas trees.

“Obviously Karen is the head B of the house,” LeCroy joked. “I will be giving these out as gifts for everyone at the table.”

Though the dining room is holiday-hosting perfection, LeCroy revealed her “favorite room in the house” is actually the man cave — a space she nearly turned into a glam room before opting for something Brett would enjoy. Now, even she admits she uses it more than anyone.

“This place is sick,” she said of the black-walled lounge, complete with a fireplace and ski-themed art. “We will definitely be hanging out here for Christmas day… then we shut the door and forget about the mess until the next day when my husband has to clean it all up,” she joked.

Hudson’s “first big boy room” is also fully decked out. LeCroy proudly showed off his monogrammed pillows and white Christmas tree, saying, “You’re not Southern if you don’t have monogrammed pillows… Everything is monogrammed. I just love it.”

LeCroy Gets Emotional About Her New $3.9 Million Home on ‘Southern Charm’

On the most recent episode of “Southern Charm,” LeCroy and Randle took cameras inside their 5,000-square-foot Daniel Island home — purchased for $3.9 million.

“We just sold our starter home,” LeCroy said on season 11, episode 3. “And we’re moving into our forever home.”

“The house itself is, like, Southern,” she added. “It’s charming. It’s exactly like what everybody wants… honestly, the house is just perfect.”

LeCroy, emotional about the milestone, reflected on how far she’s come.

“I drove through this neighborhood when I first moved to Charleston and said, ‘I’m gonna marry some old rich man and I’m gonna live out here,’” she admitted. “Instead, I got a hunky young man — and my own money.”

Growing emotional as she spoke about her late father, Ted “Teddy” LeCroy, she added that the home is where she hopes to raise all her future children. She and Brett eventually named their daughter Teddi in his honor.

“This is where I plan to raise all of my future children… My dreams are coming true,” she said.
