Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson shared the news that they’re back to work on one of their projects, though it’s not their HGTV series. Sherrod did, however, tease a potential return to TV after the cancellation of “Married to Real Estate.”
Egypt Sherrod & Mike Jackson Announce Big News
On December 4, Sherrod and Jackson took to Instagram to share their big news.
“We are baaaaaack!” Sherrod noted in the caption. “The ‘Marriage & Money’ team is gassed to be together again and we hit the road for this upcoming season. So excited to share this raw journey with you!”
In the video, they both say, “We’re back!” before giving all the details.
“Y’all been up in the comments asking for the ‘Marriage & Money’ podcast,” Sherrod said. “And what you didn’t know is we were already filming many episodes of it.”
Jackson noted, “We need you to log on, subscribe, and like the Egypt and Mike TV YouTube page because we have a new ‘Marriage & Money’ podcast up on there right now.”
Sherrod added, “The first episode, which is airing right now, is Michael Jai White and Gillian White, his wife … the amazing actor/producer/director/martial arts couple and they’ve got some amazing things going on.”
She went on to tease, “Mike and I are about to sit down and do something that we have never done — get up close, personal, intimate and answer all the off-limits questions. And that one’s gonna air next week.”
“We love you,” Sherrod added.
Egypt Teases ‘Stay Tuned’ About Return to TV
Sherrod and Jackson’s fans lit up the comments section with messages about how much they miss the couple on HGTV.
“Loved ‘Married to Real Estate and I’m so happy for y’all,” one fan wrote. “Definitely will be tuning in to YouTube.”
Another fan commented, “I’m so happy to see you both! I loved your show and I am looking forward to to seeing you soon!”
Other fans shared messages including, “Miss ya’ll,” “Miss you on TV … loved your show!” and “I hope you come back to TV.”
“Omg, soo excited we get to regularly engage with our fav couple,” another commenter noted.
“Congratulations!! I am so excited for you guys,” one fan wrote.
In response to the comment, “We want ‘Married to Real Estate’ back,” Sherrod teased, “Stay tuned!!!!”
Another fan wrote, “I miss you guys on Wednesday nights. Can you shop your show so I can get my weekly dose of y’all?”
Miss your show and can’t understand why it was cancelled. Hope you will be back on TV somewhere.
