“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lea Black, wife of the late Roy Black, has turned a small profit on her luxurious Los Angeles pad, selling the stunning place for almost $7 million. TMZ says the sale went through for $6.6 million on Friday, December 6. The outlet says the deal was handled by luxury agents Bianca Fields and Adriana Yedidsion of The Agency.

Lea was a main cast member on “RHOM” during its first three seasons, which aired from 2011 to 2013. She returned to make several guest appearances during season 5 as her friend Lisa Hochstein navigated the beginnings of a divorce from her husband, Lenny.
Back in September, RealiTea revealed the 69-year-old was prepping to sell in the aftermath of of her husband’s death. Roy, a high-powered defense attorney, died on July 21, 2025 after an unspecified illness. The Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame says he counted Rush Limbaugh and Kelsey Grammer among his notable clients.
Lea Black Sold Home for $1 Million Profit
According to RealiTea, the Blacks purchased the recently sold Los Angeles home back in 2016 for $5.6 million, meaning Lea profited $1 million the real estate move. The blog lists some of the house’s best features as an Italian marble bar, an entertainment lounge, and a chef’s kitchen.
The report also highlights that the house was “basically built for entertaining,” taking up two lots and featuring a “massive seating area” complete with a Porsche-designed barbecue. The location is quintessential Los Angeles, with the house nestled right the Sunset Strip.
Lea owns several more properties, which include houses in Coral Gables, FL, and in Texas. She gave a tour of her grand Coral Gables place during her Bravo days.

Back in 2011, at the start of her “Real Housewives of Miami” days, Black posed for an otherworldly portrait shoot at a Hollywood Hills pad she called home at the time.
