“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” friend recently dished on John Hill’s eponymous radio show that they’ve been back together for the last eight months. “It took me eight months of him proving to me that he was worthy and ready and fully committed,” she said. Well, looks like they finally made it!
Britani & Jared: A Sorta Fairytale
BravoSince the season 5 premiere of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” over a year ago, fans have been following the hot and cold relationship between Britani and Jared. Now, for those who need a refresher, Jared is a musician and the nephew of Mormon sibling royalty, Donny and Marie Osmond.
At the time of the season 5 premiere, they were broken up with Britani proudly flaunting her single status. But as the season played out, it became clear that theirs was not a breakup that would stick and they were constantly floating back in (and out of) each other’s orbits.
The same dance continues through season 6, which is currently airing, with Britani confirming to Bravo HQ just a month ago that they’re strictly platonic. “We’re friends. That’s our official title, and the title is made by me. We’re best friends… and I don’t want any more than that. And it will never be any more than that.”
So, her most recent assertion that they’ve been dating for the last eight months is a bit curious… but who are we to judge the rules of time and space as they relate to matters of the heart?
What fans undoubtedly love most about Britani is her fearless commitment to manifesting big dreams, and going after them with unapologetic abandon. And honestly, if anyone can will a relationship into existence, it’s our girl Britani.

BravoDuring the “RHOSLC” crossover charter with “Below Deck Down Under” this season, the ladies reacted with plenty of skepticism towards Jared’s gift to Britani. The gift? A stuffed unicorn with a prerecorded message that said, “Goodnight, baby. You are loved.”
In interviews with Bravo HQ, Bronwyn Newport puzzled, “I don’t know why two grown-ups are giving each other Build-A-Bears.” Mary Cosby quipped, “He’s goofy. You know? That’s goofy.” And Lisa Barlow reasoned that, “I think it was like him calling her a friend.”
Her costars haven’t yet reacted to the news that Britani and Jared are officially back together, but safe to say they’ll have opinions on the subject!
