The former “Dancing with the Stars” Season 10 competitor, who won the season alongside professional dancer Derek Hough, is living her best life. In a video posted on Instagram on November 18, she walks along the beach while wearing a bright blue bikini. She looks absolutely gorgeous and so happy as she raises her arms and runs her fingers through her hair. In the text overlay, she wrote, “Me on my way to overthinking something simple again.”
Scherzinger shared her thoughts in the caption, writing, “My brain doing the absolute most for no reason.” So, this is not exactly a photo about the beach or her swimwear; instead, it’s a playful post about overthinking, and fans love to see it!

Nicole Scherzinger Discusses Aging
Scherzinger is 47 and an excellent example of how you can feel confident and beautiful at any age. Still, she has also been vocal about the challenges she has faced in Hollywood and how aging actresses and musicians are often treated.
“It’s just as relevant today. And it’s still very brutal,” she told The Sunday Times in an interview in 2023 about the ageism within the industry. “Even if I look like I’m 37 or something, the moment somebody knows your age …” she made a gesture to suggest that was the end.
Many female stars have spoken out about their treatment and the roles they are given as older women. One of Scherzinger’s standout roles is as Norma Desmond in “Sunset Boulevard.” Her character is in her 50s, and Scherzinger was initially shocked to be offered the part.
“I was like, ‘Are you out of your mind? First of all, I still look great under bright lights. And isn’t that an older woman who is, like, an old relic? How does that even remotely have anything to do with me?'” she said. But once she learned more about the character, she was drawn to her. “It’s relevant to parallels in my life,” she said.
