See Inside Adam Levine’s $60 Million Home

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are saying goodbye to their gorgeous home in Montecito, California.

The two reportedly sold the property for $60 million, according to TMZ. The deal was finalized this week for roughly $5 million shy of their original $65 million asking price.

The couple originally acquired the property just three years ago.

The sprawling 13,000-square-foot home sits on nearly 3.5 acres with panoramic ocean and mountain views.

What’s Inside the Home

The home was originally built in 2009 for actor Rob Lowe, and Levine and Prinsloo later remodeled it with the acclaimed designer Clements Design, a firm known for working with other celebrity clients like the Kardashians and Jennifer Lawrence.

Inside, the property is packed with luxury amenities: nine bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, two guest houses, a gym, a home theater, koi pond, chicken coop, and even a tennis court.

The outdoor spaces are as remarkable as the interiors, with lush landscaping, sweeping lawns, and settings crafted for both entertaining and privacy.

Sources suggest the reason for the sale is closer to family priorities — the duo reportedly want to relocate to a home nearer their children’s school.

A representative for the couple told Architectural Digest they already have another home.

The source said their new home was “too special to resist, and such an exciting opportunity. As a result, they decided to list their home and begin developing this new property over the next year.”

The estate was listed by agents Kurt Rappaport and Robert Riskin.

Though the house is sold, fans and architecture lovers are still captivated by the images of its elegant touches, sweeping vistas, and thoughtful remodeling.

Lowe Previously Showed the Home to Architectural Digest

Lowe welcomed Architectural Digest into his home in November 2010. Both Lowe and his wife Sheryl told the outlet at the time what their vision for the home was.

“I’ve always been drawn to a historic, East Coast American aesthetic,” Rob Lowe stated. Sheryl shared a similar view.

“Like Rob, I loved the idea of a big lawn rolling up to an understated manor house perfect for mud boots or high heels,” she told the outlet. “Building from scratch, I could finally have everything we’ve experienced, loved, wanted to have or do under one roof—a meld of our personalities.”

The two ended up selling the home in October 2020 after it had been on the market for a couple of years. The reason for selling the home was that their children had grown up and were no longer living there.

“With our boys now out of the house, we’re looking forward to our next real estate adventure,” the couple stated per People.
