Just five months ago, Hallmark couple Erin Krakow and Ben Rosenbaum surprised fans by revealing they’d gotten married. Now, just before Thanksgiving, the “When Calls the Heart” stars took to social media to announce an even bigger surprise: they are expecting their first child.
Sitting in a photo booth, they took a series of photos. In two, Erin held up her ultrasound photos while Ben held their dog, Willoughby. In a third, Erin holds up Willoughby so the world can see his “big brother” shirt. In the final photo, the duo — still smiling happily — kiss.
Hallmark Stars Shower Beloved Couple with Congratulations
The couple’s Hallmark family and Hearties filled the comments with love and well-wishes.
“Congratulations! What wonderful parents you’ll be❤️,” wrote Kevin McGarry, her “When Calls the Heart” costar.
“CRYING! That is going to be one lucky baby 😘,” Kayla Wallace commented.
“It’s the most exciting news ever!!!!!” wrote Nikki DeLoach.
“So thrilled for you!💜,” commented Lacey Chabert.
“CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!” Robert Buckley commented.

All of the actors and actresses who star in Hallmark films and TV shows are a very tight-knit bunch, and they always refer to themselves as ‘family.’ Luckily for Erin and Ben, they have a ton of family to give advice and babysit when their bundle of joy arrives.
‘When Calls the Heart’ Stars Share Double Baby Joy
There must be something in the air on the “When Calls the Heart” set. Earlier this month, two other stars of the show — Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace — announced their pregnancy on social media. At the time, Erin wrote, “I can’t wait to snuggle this little McGarry!!! 🥰”
The two couples are good friends and often post photos of their time together. At the beginning of the month, Erin posted a heartwarming message in honor of Kayla’s birthday.
“Yesterday was [Kayla Wallace’s] birthday, but she spent all night asking us questions about OUR lives,” Erin captioned a series of photos of the foursome. “Because despite it being HER special day, and despite her being BFF with Billy Bob, and despite her sitting across from Anna Wintour at Paris Fashion week – she’s as selfless and down to earth as they come. She cares deeply about her people. She’s funny, sensitive, & ubertalented – and I am not negotiating that language. HBDK! Love you!”
Now, they’re also going to have babies born around the same time. One fan commented on what everyone is already thinking: “Your babies will be built in besties with the best aunts and uncles.”
