RHOSLC Season 7 Cast: Who Is In, Who Is Out, and Who Walked Out of the Reunion

“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” season 6 still has two episodes left, but RHOSLC season 7 rumors are already swirling. While Bravo has not formally announced the next cast lineup, an insider shared early details about who may return full-time, who could be demoted, and why producers are planning to add fresh faces to the group.

RHOSLC Season 7 Casting Rumors Include Demotions and New Faces

According to a source who spoke with Bravo and Cocktails on December 4, several returning cast members are expected to keep their snowflakes, while others may shift into “friend” roles. The insider claimed, “RHOSLC cast will stay the same with [one or two] newbies. It will be like [The Real Housewives of Miami] with a few heavily featured friends.”

The source listed Bronwyn Newport, Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Mary Cosby, and one new cast member as “definitely full-time.” However, the insider added that producers were still deciding whether Meredith Marks or Whitney Rose would remain full-time, with one expected to be demoted. Britani Bateman will reportedly return as a friend alongside another new addition.

Producers are allegedly looking ahead, too. “They want to introduce new women because after season seven they know a couple might be gone,” the insider said.

One name that won’t return is former cast member Jen Shah. Although Shah is expected to be released from prison on December 10, Andy Cohen shut down speculation on his SiriusXM show, “Andy Cohen Live.” He told listeners, “She’s not coming back to [RHOSLC]. She’s not. I wish her all the best in her next life… But it won’t be anything that I’m working on.”

RHOSLC Season 6 Reunion Included a Walk-Off, According to Heather Gay

Gay and Newport appeared on Peacock’s “Reality Hot Seat” on December 7 and teased a dramatic season 6 reunion. Gay revealed the taping lasted more than 15 hours and hinted that not everyone handled the pressure well. “Someone may or may not have walked off,” she said.

She continued comparing the reunion to a football game. “I feel like I executed a few plays. I took a few sacks. I fumbled the ball a bit… It’s like football, man. Every game is a hundred percent on the line.”

Newport added that she and Gay left on good terms, but not all castmates could say the same. “We all take our own hits,” she said. “Everyone gets tackled on the field. It was a long day.” She confirmed that Marks was the one who found herself in the hot seat at several points.

Cohen also commented on the shoot, sharing on Instagram Stories, “I thought we were going to be done with this reunion by 7. It is 10 p.m. We just wrapped.” He praised the cast for their intensity, saying, “The women of Salt Lake City, they don’t do anything half-assed.”

“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” season six airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
