According to People, Chiefs season ticket-holder December Brammer said she was surprised to see Kelce himself giving them out outside GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium before the Chiefs-Raiders game.
“I noticed he was handing something out, so we walked over and asked for one,” Brammer said. “He was so sweet and greeting everyone and was the cutest passing them out!”
