TMZ says the “Blank Space” singer dated the sweet note December 1, 2027, and wrote Liam a message right before they both performed at the “Jingle Bell Ball” at the O2 Arena in London.
The report says the note, now a piece of pop music history, is expected to draw thousands of dollars in an upcoming auction. Omega Auctions, the company that plans to put it up for bid on December 2, says Liam gifted the note to a “close associate” soon after he received it, per the story.

TMZ, which obtained a photo of the note, says the pop megastar wrote to her friend, “Liam, long time no see! I’m so excited for you, you’re crushing it out there. I’m obsessed with ‘Bedroom Floor.’ It’s so cool to see you from afar, I’m always cheering you on. Good luck tonight!”
Swift simply signed the note “Taylor,” before adding a heart. She enclosed in an envelope that was marked with the words “Nashville, TN,” and sealed with a wax “T” stamp.
The release of his single “Bedroom Floor” was a major step in the launch of Liam’s solo career. The band, which formed in 2010 and originally included Liam as well as Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson, took an indefinite hiatus starting in January 2016, per a BBC report.
Liam Payne Was Fondly Remembered by Fans After Falling From a Balcony
The teen heartthrob boy-bander turned successful solo artist met a heartbreaking end on October 16, 2024, when he plunged from a balcony at an Argentinian hotel. The BBC suggested drugs and alcohol may have been a factor, reporting hotel staff called police with concerns the star was “overwhelmed by drugs and alcohol” shortly before the incident.
One fan created a beautiful piece of art using teardrop emojis to make an image of Payne’s face as a tribute to the star.
Another fan created an Instagram account called @liampayne.memories. They recently captured a collage of Payne’s photos, “I miss you more and more with each passing day. You were the safe place I escaped to on the bad days.”
