Thanksgiving is the perfect time to relax, unwind, and catch up on all your television watching. If a holiday-themed movie or series isn’t to your liking, perhaps watching the Kansas City Chiefs vs. the Dallas Cowboys is the perfect way to spend the afternoon. Travis Kelce is one of the standout stars on the Chiefs, but will his fiancée, Taylor Swift, be in attendance?
Will Taylor Swift Be at the Chiefs Game?
GettyIt is the Chiefs’ twelfth regular-season game this Thursday, November 27, and fans of Kelce are hoping his very famous partner will be in the crowd. Even if you are not a Swift fan, her relationship with Kelce has sparked a new wave of interest in the sport and brought in a younger, passionate generation of fans. It’s not clear if she will attend, but she has previously attended Kelce’s home games during the regular season. But she has not attended road games.
American businessman, owner, general manager, and president of the Dallas Cowboys, Jerral Wayne Jones Sr., better known as Jerry Jones, has weighed in on whether he wants Swift to attend the game. “We would have an elaborate seat for her if she should attend the game. Ain’t nobody a bigger fan of Taylor Swift that I am,” he said of her attendance on Dallas radio station “105.3 The Fan,” Marca reports.
So, what does this mean? Well, no one knows at this point if Swift will be cheering for Kelce from the stadium. That said, the couple is incredibly in love and supportive of each other, so it is entirely possible. However, this is a road game, held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. She’s not typically known for attending those. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. ET.
Taylor Swift Supports Travis Kelce
Kelce and Swift are incredibly supportive of each other and are both superstars in their own right. Swift has attended Kelce’s games, cheering and jumping up and down in the stadium. Kelce has also watched Swift in action on her Eras Tour. There is a reason these two are engaged, including mutual respect and support.
“I love the person that I am with because he loves what I do and he loves how much I am fulfilled by making art and making music,” Swift said in an interview on BBC Radio 2’s “The Scott Mills Breakfast Show” in October, People reports. “That’s the coolest thing about Travis. Like, he is so passionate about what he does, that me being passionate about what I do, it connects us.”
She added, “There’s no point in time where he’s gonna be like, ‘I’m really upset that you’re still making the music.'”
