The boundary between digital content creation and traditional reality TV just got a lot blurrier. In an exciting development for fans of large-scale competition shows, “Beast Games” is returning for its second season with a massive twist: a full crossover episode with the long-running CBS series “Survivor”. The first trailer has arrived, offering a sneak peek at how these two worlds will collide when host Jeff Probst steps into the arena alongside creator and host Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson.

Reinventing the Reality Competition

For its sophomore season, “Beast Games” is expanding beyond its initial format, which already pushed the limits of unscripted television with massive contestant numbers and jaw-dropping challenges on Amazon Prime Video. Now, with a special crossover episode featuring the iconic “Survivor” host Jeff Probst, the series promises to blend the spectacle of MrBeast’s viral challenge style with the strategic depth that has defined Survivor” for over two decades.

According to reports, the trailer teases a hybrid challenge course that draws directly from “Survivor’s” playbook, incorporating mid-challenge twists, strategic decisions, and physical obstacles reminiscent of the long-running CBS format. This crossover isn’t just a cameo — it’s a purposeful melding of formats that could alter how audiences view unscripted competitions.

By bringing Probst into the “Beast Games” fold, the show leans into the credibility and legacy of Survivor’s gameplay while still delivering MrBeast’s signature large-scale, high-stakes environment. Producers are betting that this collaboration will attract both longtime Survivor” fans and the massive audience that MrBeast has cultivated across platforms.

What to Expect in Crossover Challenges

While the full details of the crossover episode are kept under wraps, Variety early reports suggest that contestants will face challenges that blend physical prowess with tactical thinking — a hallmark of “Survivor’s” longstanding appeal. Competitors in “Beast Games” Season 2 may need to adapt to unexpected twists, negotiate alliances, and make strategic choices as they race through a grueling hybrid course.

This hybrid format aims to balance spectacle with strategy, offering audiences both the chaotic fun of MrBeast’s competition structure and the psychological gameplay that has made “Survivor” a staple of reality television. The crossover may also open the door for potential cameo appearances from former “Survivor” contestants or reality stars, further enriching the narrative and increasing fan engagement across communities.

Why This Matters to Reality TV

The Beast Games crossover with Survivor” reflects a broader trend in reality television: blending formats to create fresh, buzz-worthy content. As streaming platforms and traditional networks compete for viewer attention, combining fan favorites like “Survivor” with digital sensations like “Beast Games” becomes a compelling strategy.

Premiering on Amazon Prime Video on January 7, 2026, “Beast Games” Season 2 promises high production value, intense competition, and now a crossover that could reshape expectations for cross-brand collaborations in reality TV. With MrBeast and Jeff Probst at the helm of this experiment, audiences are poised to witness a unique chapter in unscripted television where strength, smarts, and strategy all matter.

'Survivor' fans are missing the loved ones visit on recent seasons, and now Jeff Probst reveals if they'll ever come back.

After years of fan speculation, “Survivor” host Jeff Probst is finally speaking openly about one of the show’s most emotional and most missed traditions: the loved ones visit. This was a guaranteed tear-jerker and a huge moment in the game. However, the segment disappeared with the launch of this “new era” of “Survivor,” leaving viewers wondering if it would ever return. Now, Probst is revealing why the visits were cut, and whether “Survivor” fans should hold out for a comeback.

Will the Loved One Visits Return to ‘Survivor’?

During the first 40 seasons of “Survivor,” the castaways would get a special visit from a loved one on the island. These visits have brought us some iconic moments over the years, like when Jeremy Collins got a visit from his then-pregnant wife, Val Collins.

Now, as we saw in last night’s episode of “Survivor” season 49, the loved one visits are no more, but instead the love comes in the form of letters from home.

Each season, one of the Reward Challenges has the winner getting to pick a select group of castaways. They get to go to the Sanctuary for an overnight stay. While there, they get to read the letters from their loved ones.

It’s still a very touching moment, as we saw they hit Rizo hard last night. Probst told Parade, “We have been watching what the letters do, and the letters are a different experience. But a lot of the players say that, in some ways, it’s more powerful, because you’re looking at handwritten letters. You’re seeing your dad’s penmanship, and you’re like, ‘Oh, my dad took time to write this letter. He doesn’t have time for anything.’”

So, does that mean the letters are here to stay? Or will we ever see a return of the loved ones on the island?

Probst said, “They could. For real, they could. It’s not that we don’t want to do them.”

The End of This Tradition

The loved ones visits came to an end after season 40. During that season, they brought back 20 winners to compete, all looking for another victory and to win the $2 million prize that season.

It was a huge season, so it needed a huge loved ones visit.

“Survivor” season 40 featured many visits from home for these castaways. We saw the islands of Fiji being swarmed with family members. They even sent loved ones to the Edge of Extinction, which was made up of almost half the cast at that point.

Jeff talked about these loved one visits during this week’s episode of “On Fire: The Official Survivor Podcast.” In theory, they went so big in season 40, they decided to shift the focus to just the letters after that. He said the love still exists in this “new era,” albeit in written form.

With “Survivor” 50 being a huge season, we could see the return of loved ones visits. If that is the case or not, Probst said, “Love in some form will always be a part of the show.”

Season 49 ‘Survivor’ contestant Sophie Segreti has discussed the shock she experienced after being eliminated from the show.

For much of season 49 of “Survivor,” it appeared as if Sophie Segreti was playing a very good game. Unfortunately for her, she faced the wrath of Sage Ahrens-Nichols and Rizo Velovic as both players turned on her for very different reasons. That led to Sophie being the latest player to be eliminated from the reality television series.

Speaking in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Sophie has revealed the shock of suddenly seeing her name unexpectedly mentioned at tribal council.

Sophie Segreti Explains Shock of Being Targeted at Tribal Council

Discussing her exit from the show during the interview, Sophie was quick to point out that she was completely taken aback when multiple contestants began to target her. However, she also revealed that she should have seen the twist coming as it was something that she had prepared for in the run-up to appearing on the series.

“I was listening to podcasts and all sorts of things and reading exit interviews before I came on the show,” Sophie reveals. “And everyone’s like, ‘The moment that you feel comfortable, watch out.’ And it was exactly that. I was sitting there watching Kristina and Savannah argue, and was like, ‘Yeah, bye, Savannah.’”

She then went on to express her genuine shock when it became clear that she was heading home. “It was a 10. I was truly shocked,” she says.

“But it was actual pure shock. I’m quite lucky that I brought all of my things in my bag because, yes, I stupidly really thought that Sage and Soph were going to pull through for me and go Savannah.”

Later in the interview, Sophie also touched on what she thought the other contestants were going to do. In her mind, several other players would have voted to get rid of Savannah Louie along with her, although that obviously didn’t happen.

She said, “I think for Sage, I was actually trusting that her dislike of Savannah was going to pull through for me. For the past three or four votes she has been pulling to get Savannah out. What I underestimated was how tight she was with Jawan and how now I would become persona non grata, enemy No. 1 for Sage on her hit list.”

Sophie Opens Up About Her Friendship With Sage

In a separate interview with Parade, Sophie also discussed her close friendship with Sage and how the two have subsequently reconciled since getting back home.

“It’s been so fun getting to watch her game on TV, because she is playing such an amazing strategic game,” explains Sophie. “And I think because she really dances to the beat of her own drum, you can almost forget how strategic she is. I mean, we saw it with, ‘Just tell them I’m farting. We’re not talking strategy.’”

She added, “And so that’s been lovely to see. But Sage and I are good. I had to do a little bit more damage control when we all were back in the States. But I’m so grateful to have gotten to play the game with her. I mean, kudos to her. She really spearheaded ‘Operation Kick Sophie to the Curb.’”

It was a shocking elimination on 'Survivor' season 49, which left fans shocked and voicing their opinions on social media.

We had a shocking elimination on “Survivor” season 49 tonight. The six remaining castaways on “Survivor” 2025 seemed split down the middle, so whoever won the Immunity Challenge factored into how things would play out, or would they? It seemed to be that way, but then Jeff Probst tallied the votes and the castaways, jury, and fans were all shocked to see Steven Ramm voted off “Survivor” 49 tonight! Check out what the fans had to say about it below in our “Survivor” spoilers.

Last Night’s Elimination on ‘Survivor’

We had a new episode of “Survivor” season 49 this week. It was the final episode before next week’s finale, so the castaways were feeling the pressure. They were also thinking it was the last chance people had to use their advantages.

For Steven, he had the Block a Vote advantage and had to use it. For Rizo, he has a Hidden Immunity Idol, which everyone knows about. He told everyone that he had to use it by the final six or lose it.

However, he lied! He has to use it by the final five, but wanted everyone to think he would use it on himself, so they wouldn’t vote for him.

Savannah won immunity. She was an early target before winning, so then it shifted to either Soph (to break up the new Tres Leches alliance — her, Savannah, and Rizo) or Steven. Soph, who had the Knowledge is Power advantage, then went back and forth between using it to take Steven’s advantage or Rizo’s idol.

No way was she taking Rizo’s idol, so she tried to take Steven’s idol. However, he used the Block a Vote advantage before heading to Tribal Council, so she couldn’t steal it!

This seemed like the perfect setup, as he blocked Savannah’s vote, and he should be safe, right? That wasn’t the case, as Kristina and Sage flipped on him. They all voted him out, as they thought they couldn’t beat him. It left everyone, including Steven, shocked.

Fans React to Steven’s Elimination

There were so many things that happened in this episode. So many things that had fans worked up, as they voiced their opinions on social media.

One user wrote, “Why the hell did they flip on Steven?? These people really are idiots.” Another fan wrote, “Steven set up a FOOLPROOF strategy to get Kristina and Sage to the final three and ALL they had to do was vote Soph and they STILL messed up the play! They both dumber than a box of rocks! I’m sorry Stephen that you got stuck with the stupid alliance.”

This user said, “Sage, welcome to the club of worst decisions ever made on Survivor!” They weren’t happy with Soph either, with this fan writing, “Soph puts on a sombrero and forgets that she herself said she couldn’t beat Savannah and Rizo like an hour before.”

One final user wrote, “The audience should be compensated for watching Kristina and Sage attempt to play Survivor.”

What do you think of the results on “Survivor” last night?

Survivor The Die is Cast Elimination

With just six castaways left and the finale rapidly approaching, tonight’s episode of “Survivor 49” delivered tension, tight-rope alliances, and major end-game scrambling. The post-merge paranoia hit a new peak as players reevaluated loyalties and calculated their best shot at reaching the final three. The energy back at camp was uneasy from the start, with castaways realizing every conversation, every glance, and every vote now carries massive consequences. Tonight’s challenges and camp dynamics pushed players to expose where they truly stand. As unexpected advantages surfaced and alliances reshaped themselves, the stage was set for a tense Tribal Council — one that ultimately brought this castaway’s season to an end.

Steven Goes Home: A Strategic Player Falls Short

The biggest headline of the night was Steven Ramm’s exit from the game. Despite holding onto his Block-a-Vote advantage and trying to position himself as an asset to multiple alliances, Steven ultimately found himself surrounded by the wrong numbers at the wrong time.

His original “Tres Leches” pact, once a tight trio, had fractured in slow motion over the past two episodes. Tonight, that crack widened just enough to swallow his game whole. When Savannah won immunity and removed herself as a target, Steven became the natural fallback option as old bonds dissolved and new loyalties solidified around him.

Steven tried to pitch alternatives and highlight bigger threats, but the shifting sands of trust left him without the protection he once enjoyed. For a player who spent much of the season balancing loyalty and strategy, this vote was a harsh reminder that in “Survivor,” timing is everything — and his ran out one round too soon.

His departure tightens the field and leaves the remaining castaways scrambling to reposition before the finale. With Steven gone, both his vote and his unplayed advantage leave the game, reshuffling the strategic landscape heading into the next round.

New Advantages, New Paranoia: The Knowledge Is Power Twist Rattles Camp

One of the biggest developments tonight was the introduction of the “Knowledge Is Power” advantage — a late-game wildcard capable of stealing someone else’s advantage at Tribal Council. Its arrival sent the camp into immediate paranoia.

Players began whispering, withholding information, and subtly testing each other’s stories. Rizo’s idol — still good for one more round — became the focal point of speculation. Even those outside the main alliance sensed an opportunity to shift the momentum by targeting whoever held the most tools.

This advantage created a ripple effect of mistrust that shaped tonight’s vote and will undoubtedly influence the next. Every castaway wants to reach the end with at least one layer of protection, but now no advantage feels entirely safe.

Alliances Reshape and End-Game Calculations Begin

With the numbers dwindling, alliances formed earlier in the merge are being reevaluated. Tonight’s episode showed clear signs that players are no longer voting as “groups” — they’re voting based on final three calculus.

Savannah’s immunity win boosted her confidence and secured her spot for the round, but it also placed a target on her back for future votes. Meanwhile, Rizo’s idol continues to give him leverage and threat potential, making him a possible swing factor for how the last few days play out.

Other players on the periphery now have opportunities to seize power by flipping loyalties or locking in new voting blocs. With idols, advantages, and a small number of votes left, every move matters.

Tonight’s episode proved that as “Survivor 49” reaches its endgame, the path to the final three is anything but straightforward. Steven’s exit reshaped the board — and the remaining players must now scramble to make their final pitches, forge new partnerships, and outmaneuver one another before the final torch is snuffed.

The “Survivor” season 49 finale is one week away, which means these castaways are feeling even more pressure to survive Tribal Council tonight. The votes were unanimous last week on “Survivor” 2025, but that probably won’t happen again tonight when Jeff Probst reveals the “Survivor” results. Soph talked about this last week, but she is back at it again tonight, as seen in the sneak peek video from CBS. She wants to go against Savannah or Rizo, but then voted out Sophie last week.

She is trying to plot with Sage and Kristina this week, but will the plan go through this week? We made our predictions earlier, but find out tonight and find out who got eliminated on “Survivor” season 49 during our “Survivor” live recap below.

The Aftermath

The castaways are back from Tribal Council, and spirits are high. They all came together to get Sophie out, so no tension tonight. Steven is happy, since he still gets to keep his Block a Vote advantage. Then Soph says she’d like the be called Sophie now!

Here we are, another week, another Tribal Council, and Rizo still has his idol. He told everyone it expires at the final six, so he would have to use it tonight. However, it actually expires at the final five, so he can keep it with them all thinking he’s going to play it tonight.

The next day arrives, and it’s a rainy day. We are back with Soph talking about how she needs to go after Savannah and Rizo. She is trying to plant seeds about this.

Reward Challenge on ‘Survivor’

The castaways meet Jeff, and it’s day 22. For this challenge, they will race through obstacles to gather three bags. They will then try to land a sandbag on top of a tall pole. The winner gets a Mexican feast, featuring margaritas and desserts. They will also get a night at the Sanctuary, including letters from home!

Steven is the first to gather his bags. He then finds his color sandbag, so he gets started. They all get their sandbag and start tossing. Everyone is close, but no one is getting. Finally, Savannah lands her sandbag, and she wins this challenge. She gets to bring two people with her. She picks Rizo (who was crying earlier at the mention of letters) and Soph, so she sticks with her alliance.

Mexican Time

Spirits are high at the reward, as these three are planning on a Final 3 together. They say they will be best friends after this ends. However, we all know they are going to stab each other in the back eventually.

Meanwhile, the other tribe members are back at camp and not happy to lose. Sage thinks it’s karma that Savannah won and for not getting her out when she wanted to a couple of weeks ago. Kristina said Soph is ready to get Savannah out, but this reward might change her mind. Then Steven tells them about his advantage, which he says would give them a majority.

At the reward, they seem to solidify that they are a Final 3 and name themselves the Tres Leches alliance. Then Soph tells them about her Knowledge is Power advantage. Now they say she can steal Steven’s advantage and then get him out.

Wind, Rain & Rats

The winners then enjoy their family letters from home. They said it’s exactly what they needed, and it gives them a boost. Of course, Rizo is a hot mess when reading his. Each letter makes him cry even more.

Meanwhile, back at camp, the losers are trying to sleep. They have a special rat visitor, and Sage is over it all.

The next day arrives, and it’s awkward. Rizo tries to talk with Steven, but it all seems to come down to the next Immunity Challenge and who wins that.

Immunity Challenge on ‘Survivor’ 49

For this challenge, the castaways will put one foot on the end of a hinged beam. At the end of the beam is a ball. They will use that one foot to keep the ball on the beam. The ball falls off, and they are out of the challenge. The last one with their ball on the beam wins immunity and a spot in next week’s finale.

They did this challenge in season 45. The winner of that challenge went on to win the season! That challenge lasted 24 minutes.

For tonight, the sun is shining bright, so it’s hot. Then the wind is coming, to mess with them some. Rizo is out pretty fast. Then we see Soph drop her ball. Kristina is struggling, and her ball finally drops. It’s been three minutes, and three castaways are out.

Steven is struggling also, and he finally slips and his ball drops, so he is out. Now, Savannah starts running her mouth again, as it’s down to her and Sage. She says it’s just friendly banter.

They then make it to 24 minutes, so they are lasting longer tonight. Now the talk starts, as Sage wants Savannah to drop. She says she wants it and will keep Savannah safe tonight. It doesn’t work, as neither is dropping.

They both started struggling, but Sage was really struggling. They make it over 35 minutes, but Sage finally drops, and Savannah wins immunity tonight. Emotions are high as Sage gets a lot of love.

Let the Talks Begin

Back at camp, Tres Leches wants to get Steven out, of course. Then Rizo talks with Steven, who says he will be going after Soph since Savannah has immunity, and they think Rizo has to play the idol.

Then Rizo talks with Sage, saying they should go after Steven, and that would help her win. Sage is thinking Steven could be a good vote, as she wants it to be her, Kristina, and Soph at the end. Kristina tries to get them to go after Soph.

Now Kristina talks with Steven, and slips about Steven being a target. He is not happy and vents to Sage about it. The Tres Leches thinks they are safe, as Soph will play her advantage to take Steven’s advantage. However, then Soph is contemplating things, as they don’t know what Steven’s advantage is. She could take Rizo’s idol and guarantee she is safe.

Steven says he has played his advantage, and he is using it to block Savannah’s vote.

Tribal Council on ‘Survivor’ 2025

The castaways are in place, and this is supposed to be a jaw-dropping night, so what will it bring? The night starts with talk about Savannah’s reward and who she took with her. What the talk was when both sides were gone. Rizo says the side that comes out on top of this vote might control the rest of this game.

Before the vote takes place, Soph speaks up, and she says she has the Knowledge is Power advantage. She says she wants to take the advantage from Steven, but he says he doesn’t have one! What? He could have played it before, or did he give it to someone else? At the vote, we see Savannah’s vote is blocked, so he did play it early! Soph is pissed at Steven, but she did it to herself.

Results – Jeff tallies the votes and Rizo makes another speech, but keeps the idol again! The votes: Steven, Soph, Steven, and Steven. The jury is shocked, as everyone is shocked. Sage says she couldn’t have beat him. They just handed that one to Tres Leches.

Season 49 “Survivor” contestant Sophie Segreti has spoken about her close friendship with fellow player Sage Ahrens-Nichols and how the pair have mended their relationship since leaving the island. Sophie was speaking after being voted off the show and explained that she could have been more ruthless if it wasn’t for the fact that she liked Sage so much.

Sophie Segreti Explains Friendship With Sage

As part of her exit interview with Parade following her elimination from “Survivor,” Sophie discussed her friendship with Sage — something that had been noted by other contestants and many viewers. She revealed that the pair bonded quickly and became close, something that may well have affected how she played the game as it meant she was not willing to necessarily put her own needs above Sage’s.

“So it’s actually funny. Because if you remember that episode where Jawan goes home, I am kind of the one who is deciding between Jawan and Sage,” she reveals. “And the reason that I chose Jawan is because I was close with Sage. I was playing a little bit with my heart, not gonna lie. I had a closer relationship with Sage, and she also had proven to trust me and clued me in on things and really had my back. And so that’s why I was like, ‘I have to save her now.’”

However, Sophie admitted this may have been a problem as it meant that Sage was particularly upset by what she saw as a betrayal when Sophie voted to eliminate Jawan — the other person that Sage had developed a strong friendship with.

She said, “And in retrospect, maybe I should have just voted her out and stuck with Jawan. Because, in doing so, because we had that close bond, in breaking her trust, it was so much worse. Whereas I feel like, if I betrayed Jawan, we didn’t have as much capital in our relationship. And so it might not have hurt us badly.”

Sophie and Sage Are Now On Better Terms

The animosity that arose from the Jawan elimination wasn’t enough to permanently damage the friendship between Sophie and Sage. Speaking about the relationship the pair now share since filming for the reality series ended, Sophie explained that they are “great now.” She also discussed how interesting it is to watch Sage play “Survivor” so well from the audience’s perspective.

“It’s been so fun getting to watch her game on TV, because she is playing such an amazing strategic game,” says Sophie. “And I think because she really dances to the beat of her own drum, you can almost forget how strategic she is. I mean, we saw it with, ‘Just tell them I’m farting. We’re not talking strategy.’”

She continued, “And so that’s been lovely to see. But Sage and I are good. I had to do a little bit more damage control when we all were back in the States. But I’m so grateful to have gotten to play the game with her. I mean, kudos to her. She really spearheaded ‘Operation Kick Sophie to the Curb.’”

A spot in the 'Survivor' finale is up for grabs, as the castaways on Season 49 compete to keep themselves safe and not be voted off tonight.

Survivor 49 castaways

Just one week separates us from the “Survivor” season 49 finale. The six remaining castaways will be fighting for a spot in that finale on “Survivor” 2025 next week. The pressure is on, as they all know they need to boost their resume if they want to be named the winner of “Survivor” 49 by host Jeff Probst. So, who gets voted off “Survivor” 49 tonight? Check out our thoughts below in our “Survivor” spoilers and predictions.

Last Week on ‘Survivor’ 2025

It was a unanimous blindside during last week’s Tribal Council. The castaways banded together to seek revenge for some, while others were trying to get out a threat.

At the Immunity Challenge, we saw a familiar challenge, but with a twist. The castaways had to stack puzzle pieces and spell out “IMMUNITY” without knocking over their tower of pieces. Steven got off to the early lead and never looked back. He didn’t drop any puzzle pieces and found himself with his second individual immunity win.

After the Immunity Challenge, the focus seemed to be on either Sophie or Savannah being eliminated. Sophie was the revenge vote for Sage, but then she’s been wanting to get out Savannah since the beginning of the season.

Revenge for Sophie flipping and getting Jawan voted out the week before was a bigger deal. The others thought Sophie was a threat, so it was unanimous, and Sophie was sent to the jury.

Who Is Voted Off on ‘Survivor’ Tonight?

Soph was talking last week about needing to make a big move and possibly vote one of her alliance members (Rizo or Savannah) out of the game. However, she never made a move.

Here we are again, and the talk of the night seems to be her flipping on her alliance, yet again. The sneak peek video shows her talking to Kristina about it.

Soph has the Knowledge is Power advantage, and it must be used by tonight’s episode if she wants to use it. We know that Steven has the Block a Vote advantage, and Rizo still has his Hidden Immunity Idol.

Our “Survivor” 49 preview shows a “jaw-dropping” Tribal Council tonight. Based on that, we could see Soph use her advantage and either take Steven’s Block a Vote advantage or take the idol from Rizo.

To be truly “jaw-dropping,” it would make more sense for Soph to take that idol from Rizo and flip on her alliance. I think that is what will happen, and I think it will be Savannah voted off tonight.

She has been on people’s radar for weeks, and Sage and Kristina definitely want her gone. Because of that, I think she will join the jury tonight on “Survivor” season 49. That will leave the following castaways competing in next week’s finale:

  • Kristina
  • Rizo
  • Sage
  • Soph
  • Steven

Who do you think will be voted off tonight on “Survivor” 2025?

Watch with us tonight during our LIVE RECAP here!

The holiday season is right around the corner, and with it, comes the finale of yet another unforgettable season of “Survivor.”

While seeing their favorite Season 49 castaway take home the title of “Sole Survivor” – and the million dollar prize that comes with it – might be enough to leave some fans feeling merry and bright until the February 2026 premiere of “Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans,” others are looking for something more tangible to surprise the “Survivor” superfan in their life this holiday season.

That’s where CBS’s official “Survivor” merchandise comes in handy. A one-stop shop for everything from exclusive Buffs to miniature versions of some of the show’s most iconic puzzles, Paramount’s online store is the perfect place to score authentic “Survivor” memorabilia – as well as a handful of items, modeled after the show’s longtime host Jeff Probst, that fans are calling simultaneously “bizarre” and “hilarious”

Fans Can’t Stop Laughing at ‘Survivor’s Official Jeff Probst Pillow

“CBS ‘Survivor’ store has some bizarre merch in it right now,” wrote one fan in a Reddit thread on Tuesday (Dec. 9) after discovering that a pillow version  of Jeff Probst was available for purchase on the site.

“There’s a pillow of Jeff. Like half a Jeff. Top half,” the Redditor added, joking that the item would be perfect for “Survivor” fans who want to “blindside your white elephant gift exchange this year.”

The 22” by 22” pillow is currently available for purchase on Paramount’s merch shop for just $36.95, and is described as “showcasing Jeff Probst’s signature style and charisma” and being “perfect for adding a touch of ‘Survivor’ flair to your couch, bed, or favorite lounging spot.”

While there’s no denying the Probst Pillow would be a great gag-gift for certain die-hard “Survivor” fans, some still felt “weirded out” by the one-of-a-kind merchandise.

“A Jeff bottom-half pillow would be weirder,” wrote one fan, while another added, “Putting my Jeff pillow next to my Carson pillow on my bed.” A third commenter, who actually purchased the item, even shared a glowing review of the product, writing, “I have the half-Jeff pillow!! Great prop lol.”

The Half-Jeff Pillow Isn’t the Only ‘Bizarre’ Merch on the Site

In addition to the “bizarre” Probst Pillow, CBS and Paramount have similarly offered “Survivor” fans “questionable” merchandise focused around the longtime host’s legacy, including a Jeff Probst-scented candle called “Probst’s Passion.”

The “Peppered Passionfruit” scented candle – currently selling for just $21.95 – is reportedly inspired by “the adventure, energy, and spirit of the iconic reality series” and “captures the essence of island life with every burn.”

“The Probst’s Passion candle is very good, I bought a handful a few months back,” wrote one fan on Reddit, adding, “Kind of expensive, but lasts a while. Smells really nice.”

After appearing on the cast of ‘Survivor: Ghost Island’ at just 18 years old, Yerger launched a successful modeling career posing In campaigns for Dolce & Gabanna, Ralph Lauren and more.

When 18-year-old Michael Yerger joined the cast of “Survivor: Ghost Island” in 2017, the then-real estate agent made history as one of the competition series’ youngest contestants to date – and remains the youngest ever player to find a Hidden Immunity Idol.

While Michael, now 27, has never returned to “Survivor” following his Day 29 elimination on the season, in the eight years since, the former castaway has changed career paths, found love, and celebrated a jaw-dropping transformation off-screen.

Most recently, Yerger turned heads with his hard-earned physique on the pages of Elle Magazine.

‘Survivor’s Michael Yerger Shines on the Pages of ‘ELLE: China’

Prior to his appearance on “Ghost Island,” a teenaged Yerger had dabbled in modeling in his hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee before relocating to Los Angeles, California. After making his mark on “Survivor,” however, Yerger’s modelling career truly took off.

Earlier this week, Yerger added the latest headshots to his portfolio after appearing in the pages of Elle Magazine’s Chinese publication, sporting outfits curated from brands like Ralph Lauren, Mannei and TACTILE.

“Honey I’m home,” Michael captioned the Instagram carousel of steamy photos of himself published on Tuesday (December 9).

The photoshoot was coordinated by DT Model Management, an agency that has worked with Yerger to produce show-stopping editorials for brands and magazines like DSQUARED2, Dolce & Gabbana, GAP and Man About Town in recent years.

Fans can check out Michael Yerger’s full DTMM portfolio here – but be warned! Some of the former “Survivor” star’s snaps are more risque than others.

Yerger Wants Back on ‘Survivor,’ Says He’s ‘#LoyalToTheGame’

Despite enjoying his modelling lifestyle, as well as his engagement to content creator and fitness influencer Daisy Keech, Yerger is still yearning for his chance to return to “Survivor.”

After the official cast for the show’s highly-anticipated 50th season was announced earlier this year, some fans lamented the fact that Michael was not among the record-breaking 24 former castaways returning for a second shot at the “Sole Survivor” title.

With a physique that could make him a serious threat in challenges and an extra decade of life experience, many thought Yerger was a shoo-in for the upcoming milestone season.

On November 3, Yerger himself responded to being snubbed from the cast on X, claiming that he’d turned down other reality TV opportunities in order to stay in the good graces of CBS and longtime “Survivor” host Jeff Probst

“Never done another show hoping that i’d get the call again one day, cause i’m #loyaltothegame,” he wrote.

On Monday (December 8), Yerger similarly shared a message from a fan who called for his return to the hit competition series.

“You need to be back on ‘Survivor,’” the unnamed fan wrote in the message shared to Yerger’s Instagram Story. “Here’s why – you were way savvy at 18 (and athletic and social). Imagine you playing with a little bit of a stronger team (even that doesn’t happen) and a more seasoned Michel Y? Hope you ‘make it happen’. Because for all Survivor fans and more – would agree it’s must see TV.”

While “Survivor” has not yet announced any future returning-player seasons beyond the premiere of “Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans” in February 2026, it seems clear that Yerger is at the top of many fans’ wish list for a second shot at the million.
