“The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular” aired on ABC on Monday, December 1, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET. It included an incredible lineup of performers, including Bebe Rexha, Lady A, DWTS alum Nicole Scherzinger, Good Charlotte, and Gwen Stefani. Still, the person at the helm was “Dancing with the Stars” former pro and current judge, Derek Hough, who served as the host for the special.

Hough was thrilled to be included in the show, and after it aired, a clip of him performing was shared on ABC’s Instagram page on Friday, December 5. The video begins with Ginnifer Goodwin reading a story; she narrates the holiday event. The clip then shows Mickey Mouse dancing, before being joined by other iconic characters. But the best part is when Hough starts singing and dancing!
Hough is such a multitalented individual, and fans have praised him in the post’s comments. “It’s become a family tradition, we watch this Holiday Special every year. We ESPECIALLY LOVE @derekhough!” a fan shared. “Rewatching it tonight!,” another person wrote.

This clip is a reminder of what the holiday special included, but being a part of the show was a lifelong dream for Hough. Before “The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular” aired, Hough posted several photos and videos on Instagram highlighting the experience. He also shared his thoughts in the caption with an emotional message.
