MTV stars Olivia Kaiser and Theo Campbell have officially welcomed their first child to the world, according to Olivia’s Instagram post.
The baby, named Atlas Kaiser Campbell, was born on November 20, 2025. That happens to be the same day another reality TV star gave birth to her first child. “The Bachelor” winner Hannah Ann Sluss welcomed her son, Lucas James Funk, with her husband Jake Funk.
A fellow “Challenge” competitor, Derek Chavez, took to the Instagram comments to inform the new parents that his birthday also falls on November 20. It sounds like Atlas is in good company regarding his date of birth.
Olivia and Theo’s son was born weighing five pounds, five ounces. “The Challenge” finalist also noted that her son was born two weeks early, although she described him as “simply perfection.”
Olivia promised to share her birth story on YouTube at a later date, acknowledging “birth is NO JOKE.” Theo already gave a hint of the story on his Instagram account, telling his story viewers, “[Olivia’s] water broke last Monday and we didn’t leave the hospital ’til Saturday.”
‘The Challenge’ Cast Members Shared Their Support
GettyDerek wasn’t the only “Challenge” cast member to leave a comment on Olivia’s birth announcement. Brad Fiorenza, a “Challenge” champion, shared his support, writing, “CONGRATULATIONS!! Atlas gonna be 6ft by Tuesday with those genetics 💪💙.”
Aneesa Ferreira, a close ally of both Olivia and Theo’s on the recent “Challenge” season, wrote, “The cutest baby ever. So excited he is finally here. Can’t wait to meet him. So happy for you guys.”
Nany Gonzales, the last original MTV player to be eliminated from “The Challenge: Vets & New Threats,” wrote, “I am so so so incredibly happy for you. 2025 was your year indeed. Wishing you all the blessings in the world, beginning with this beautiful baby boy 🥹💙.”
With support flooding in, Olivia and Theo, as well as their new baby, are clearly very loved by fans and cast mates alike.
Olivia Kaiser & Theo Campbell’s Relationship Timeline
Olivia and Theo both got their reality TV starts on “Love Island,” although that’s not how they met. In fact, they weren’t even on seasons aired in the same country; Olivia competed on “Love Island USA” season three, while Theo competed on “Love Island UK” season 3.
Luckily, the two were able to meet on a different reality show when they were both cast on “The Challenge: Battle of the Eras” where they both competed as part of era four. There, they fell in love.
Olivia announced her pregnancy in July, although Theo later announced she actually got pregnant while filming “The Challenge” season 41. According to his X post, Olivia was pregnant from episode three onwards, making it even more impressive that she made the final this season.
