“Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant” star Kayla Sessler announced the birth of her first child, a baby boy, with boyfriend Ryan Leigh.
Kayla Sessler Welcomes Baby No. 4
Kayla took to social media on Thursday, November 27, to share a new photo of her newborn son.
“Zain Khailyn Leigh,” she captioned the sweet photo, revealing the little one’s name. “October 7th, 2025. 12:44 am 6lbs 11oz 19.5 inches.”
Zain is Kayla’s fourth child and second with Leigh. She is also mother to 8-year-old son Izaiah, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Stephan Alexander, daughter Ariah, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Luke Davis, and son Zyaire, whom she shares with Leigh.
This wasn’t the first time Kayla shared a glimpse of baby Zain, however. She first gave fans a glimpse at his cute face on Halloween, showing photos of her four kids’ Halloween costumes.
“Trick-or-treating is out of this world !🚀👽” she captioned the post, showing Izaiah holding his youngest sibling.
Fans debated in the comments whether the little one in an alien costume was, in fact, Kayla’s newest addition.
While some believed it was her friend’s baby, as it had only been weeks since she announced her pregnancy, Kayla confirmed the news by simply thanking a fan who sent their congratulations.
Kayla Sessler Confirmed Her Family Is Complete
Kayla — who later starred in “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” — made it clear that baby No. 4 will be her last.
“My last pregnancy – a rollercoaster of emotions 🥹🩵” she captioned an October 13 Instagram post, showing off her baby bump.
The reality star first revealed she was expecting her fourth child with a sweet family video filmed in front of the Chicago skyline.
“Our final addition,” she captioned the September 17 Instagram video, adding a white heart.
Her “Teen Mom” costars sent their congratulations in the comments section.
“Congrats Kayla 💕” Mackenzie McKee wrote.
“Omg congrats girl!” Jade Cline commented.
Cory Wharton chimed in, “YEAHHHH 🗣️ Happy for yall !!!!”
Kayla Sessler Seems Happier Than Ever
Before the birth of their first son, Zyaire, Kayla opened up about Leigh and Davis making amends for the sake of the children.
“Luke and Ryan actually get along fine,” Kayla shared in a video posted on YouTube in January 2024. “They’re not friends or anything like that, but Ryan had reached out to Luke letting him know, ‘I respect you as the kids’ dad. I know we’ve had our issues but let’s move past them.’ They hashed it out and now they’re fine.”
