Chris Pratt offered prayers to Charlie Kirk’s family after the activist’s tragic death. Kirk, 31, was killed Wednesday during a public event at Utah Valley University. The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star wrote on X, “Praying for Charlie Kirk right now, for his wife and young children, for our country. We need God’s grace. God help us.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger also mourned Kirk, calling the tragedy “a horrible moment” and urging people to “rediscover their humanity.”
Megyn Kelly Fights Through Tears on Air

“They are reporting that Charlie has died, that he’s dead, at the age of 31,” Kelly said through tears. Beck, visibly shaken, covered his face and later said, “There’s no way he survived that. The only good thing is it had to have happened quickly.”
That evening, Kelly told Sky News host Paul Murray that the loss had shaken her family. “My kids are very jarred by this,” she said. “I was like… when I’m close to 80, Charlie will be president, or he will have already served two terms as president. He was on that trajectory.”

Witnesses said about 20 minutes into the event, a gunshot from a nearby building struck Kirk in the neck. The activist collapsed on stage as chaos spread through the venue. He was rushed to Timpanogos Regional Hospital but later died that afternoon.

Reality star Savannah Chrisley, a close friend of Kirk, shared her heartbreak on Instagram. “I can’t believe I’m even writing these words,” she wrote. “Charlie Kirk changed my life… I sit here with a broken heart, devastated beyond words. Rest easy, my friend. Heaven has gained a warrior.”
She also wrote, “Charlie wasn’t just a leader or a voice for the youth…he was a believer in Christ. His faith anchored everything he did. And I know with certainty that while we’ve lost him here, he is now fighting for us all in heaven, standing boldly before the Lord, just as he did here on earth.
He believed in me and in my family when the world turned its back. He saw potential, he spoke life into us, and he reminded me that God still had a plan even when I couldn’t see it myself. That kind of belief changes you forever.”
As tributes pour in from friends, fans, and public figures, Kirk’s sudden death has left a deep void among those who admired him and believed he had a long future ahead.
