Lifetime Reveals Its Holiday Movie Lineup

The 2025 Holiday season has officially started, and Lifetime has a slate of new movies to match the occasion. The first, “Christmas Everyday,” stars none other than singer and actress Brandy Norwood and her daughter, Sy’Rai Smith. Now, there’s a new teaser for the movie.

In Additon to Norwood and Smith, Lifetime’s “Christmas Everyday” stars Debbi Morgan, Robert C. Riley, and Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman. Additionally, Roger M. Bobb directed the movie. It’s worth noting that the film borrows its title from a song from Norwood’s 2023 holiday album, “Christmas With Brandy.”

Lifetime Has Released a New Teaser For ‘Christmas Everyday’

Per Lifetime, in “Christmas Everyday,” “Fancy (Norwood) is determined to uphold her father’s cherished Christmas traditions, but things aren’t a smooth ride. Through all the chaos, she learns valuable lessons about faith, family, and the true meaning of Christmas.”

A notable storyline in the movie is that Fancy is also planning her sister’s wedding, which Norwood’s real-life daughter plays. In the newly released clip, Fancy is seen having an emotional conversation with her mother, who is losing her eyesight. In it, she laments about learning Braille.

Lifetime first announced “Christmas Everyday” in July 2025. The network said at the time, “Thrilled to announce that @brandy and @syraismith, the ultimate mother-daughter duo, are starring in our upcoming movie. Get ready for #ChristmasEveryday #ItsAWonderfulLifetime.”

There Was a Premiere Event For the New Movie

Lifetime hosted a premiere event for “Christmas Everyday” in Los Angeles in early November 2025. Recently, the network posted footage from the event, saying, “Christmas came early! Fresh off the LA set of her incredible #theboyismine tour, @brandy made her way to the @lifetimetv and Fox Entertainment Studio premiere of #ChristmasEveryday!”

In the clip, Norwood can be seen on the red carpet posing for photos alongside her daughter. There’s also footage from inside the screening room. As mentioned in the post from Lifetime, this came amid Norwood’s successful “The Boy Is Mine” tour with Monica, which has dates through December.
