Kylie Jenner Shares Tribute to Beloved Dog Norman After His Passing

Kylie Jenner‘s Italian Greyhound Norman was one of the most famous dogs, having been featured on multiple seasons of the Kardashian family’s reality TV shows. Jenner, 28, announced the passing of her beloved pet via Instagram on Wednesday, October 22.

Kylie Jenner’s Dog Norman Passed Away

“In Loving Memory of My Sweet Norman,” Jenner wrote alongside a series of photos from her life with the pup. “I still remember the day I brought you home. I had never loved anything so much. I always wanted an Italian Greyhound growing up, but my mommy never let me have one. Then, right after I turned 17, I got you for Christmas, and it was the best gift I could have ever received.”

She continued, “Normy, you filled my life and so many others with pure joy. Almost 13 years old, and yet I know I’ll remember you far longer than the time we got to share.”

The “Kardashians” star’s post turned emotional as she wrote, “I wish I wasn’t writing this post. I knew you were getting older, and I tried to prepare myself, but it’s hard losing you norm. It makes me happy knowing my kids got to meet you and love you.”

Norman was Jenner’s first “child,” before she welcomed daughter Stormi and son Aire with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott.

“My sweet Normyyyy. My heart aches for you. Rest in peace, my precious Normandle. I love you forever,” she concluded her post.

Kylie Jenner Receives Support After Norman’s Passing

Fans and friends of the Kylie Cosmetics founder were quick to send their well-wishes following Norman’s death.

“NORMYYYYYYYY we love you so much,” model Amelia Gray wrote.

“Nooooo ! Norman,” friend Justine Skye commented, adding a broken heart emoji. “love u forever normi bear,” Victoria Villarroel wrote, also adding broken heart emojis.

Kylie’s eldest sister, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, sent her love, writing, “I love you Tink that’s so sad. Why am I sobbing.”

“love you normi,” Jenner’s bestie Stassi Karanikolaou wrote.

Jenner brought Norman home in 2014 and was her first fur baby. She would later welcome Bambi into the family, and, in 2016, Norman and Bambi had a surprise litter.

She previously opened up about hiring a “dog nanny” to help care for her seven pups.

“They kept multiplying,” she said when asked why she has so many dogs. “One of them had children, and I had to keep the family together.”
