Kris Jenner isn’t budging on the price as she holds firm on her iconic mansion’s hefty price tag.

The 70-year-old momager reportedly isn’t lowering the price on her Hidden Hills mansion, which is listed at $13.5 million, according to The US Sun.

The outlet noted that Jenner’s home has been on the market for nearly a year and has yet to find new owners.

“Kris doesn’t want to drop the price, she’s staying firm,” a source told the outlet. “She feels very strongly it’s priced fairly, and anyone who thinks it’s overpriced doesn’t understand the full value of the home.”

Jenner’s lavish mansion was featured on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” for more than a decade, making it one of the most famous homes in reality TV.

A source claimed that Jenner knows the value of her property and is not settling for less.

Aside from its fame, the millions of dollars in renovations poured into the home have only increased its value, the outlet noted.

“But more than that, she feels the prestige she has brought to both the house itself and to the whole neighborhood has skyrocketed the property’s value.

“It’s one of the most famous houses on TV and she knows she popularized putting Calabasas and Hidden Hills on the map and priced the home with all those things in mind,” the source added.

Jenner’s 9,000-square-foot mansion was first listed by Christie’s in February for $13.5 million. It has remained on the market for more than 10 months with no price adjustments.

The business mogul purchased the home in 2010 for $4 million, just three years after “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” made its debut. For years, the Mediterranean-style estate has been dubbed a “piece of television history.”

At one point, Jenner’s son, Rob Kardashian, moved into the mansion, which delighted the momager. However, he eventually moved out after the house was put on sale, per The US Sun.

In February, Jenner told the New York Times that she’s looking forward to seeing the home welcome its new owners.

“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” she shared with the outlet.
