Great American Family Reveals 2025 Christmas Movie Lineup

Great American Family is celebrating the holiday season with a new lineup of Christmas films beginning Oct. 9. The network revealed that its fifth annual Great American Christmas franchise will include 14 original movies premiering on Great American Family, Great American Pure Flix, and GFAM+.


Great American Family Announces Its 2025 Holiday Programming

According to an official press release, fans can expect a slew of Hallmark stars and familiar faces including Candace Cameron Bure, Mario Lopez, Danica McKellar, Jill Wagner, and Trevor Donovan. Bure will star alongside her daughter Natasha Bure in “Timeless Tidings of Joy,” while Lopez’s son Dominic will appear in “Mario Lopez Presents: Chasing Christmas.”

“As we celebrate the fifth year of Great American Christmas, it is a reminder of just how special this tradition has become,” Bill Abbott, president and CEO of Great American Media, said in a statement. “Our storytelling is rooted in faith, family, and the true spirit of the season — Christmas as it is meant to be. Each year, we strive to create films that not only warm hearts but also bring people together in joy and reflection. Reaching this milestone reinforces our commitment to offering viewers stories that honor timeless values and the wonder of Christmas.”

Other stars appearing in the 2025 slate include Katie Leclerc, Christopher Russell, Cindy Busby, and Jon McLaren. Each film will premiere at 8 p.m. ET on its scheduled day.

Oct. 9 (Great American Pure Flix) / Oct. 11 (Great American Family & GFAM+): “A Wisconsin Christmas Pie”
Starring Katie Leclerc and Ryan Carnes. A pastry chef returns home to Door County and discovers that saving her family’s orchard — and her heart — may depend on the perfect pie and a second chance at love.

Oct. 16 / Oct. 18: “A Christmas Prayer”
Shae Robins and Christopher Russell star in a story about an illustrator who finds faith and love while fulfilling a child’s Christmas prayer list.

Oct. 23 / Oct. 25: “Once Upon a Christmas Crown”
Ellise Roth plays Princess Charlotte, who escapes to New England at Christmas and discovers romance with Callum Buckley.

Oct. 30 / Nov. 1: “Christmas of Giving” (working title)
Ash Tsai, Marshall Williams, and Julia Reilly star in a tale about love, charity, and second chances.

Nov. 6 / Nov. 23: “Christmas in Midnight Clear”
Alicia Josipovic and Jon McLaren lead this story of saving a small town with faith and heart.

Nov. 8: “Love at Kringle Lake” (working title)
Alexa Maria Huerta and Joseph Morales star as executives sent to a small town where they find the true spirit of Christmas.

Nov. 13 / Nov. 15: “Timeless Tidings of Joy”
