After 28 years together, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have separated, PEOPLE reports.
“They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time,”Loughlin’s representative Elizabeth Much told the outlet.
The former Hallmark star and “Full House” alum shares two grown children with Giannulli — Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose.

In 2020, Loughlin and Giannulli purchased a $9.5 million residence in Hidden Hills, California. However, the two recently listed it for sale in February for $16.5 million.
According to PEOPLE, it’s in “a gated community,” and consists of “six bedrooms and nine bathrooms within its 11,748 square feet of living space.”

George DeSota/Getty ImagesAccording to US Weekly, an insider revealed in September 2019 that the two were having marital issues due to the college admissions.
“Their daughter Bella is extremely concerned they’re going to get divorced,” one source said. The insider added that the two argued over whether to take a private jet to a court appearance, but were “advised by their lawyers not to.”
Another source told the outlet that Loughlin’s friends “think she should leave him, but Lori refuses and says the ordeal has made them stronger.”

The two were married in November 1997.
“Yeah, we got up on Thanksgiving morning,” Loughlin told Entertainment Tonight in a 2018 Interview. “We had Moss’ best friend and a minister meet us, and we got married at sunrise and then we went to Thanksgiving dinner and we told everybody.”
She also revealed the reason for eloping.
“Moss and I had both been married before, so we thought, ‘Well, it didn’t really work out well for us the first time around, so maybe we’ll elope and see how it goes and tell people,'” Loughlin explained. “We had talked about doing a wedding and we just thought, ‘Let’s get up and let’s go do it.'”
“He’s my guy, he’s my person,” she added. “It’s communicating, it’s listening, it’s picking and choosing your battles. It’s being flexible, it’s all of that.”
Loughlin starred in Hallmark’s “Garage Sale Mysteries” and played Abigail Stanton on “When Calls The Heart” from 2014 to 2019, up until her family’s college scandal. She later starred in multiple movies on Great American Family. Most recently, per IMDb, Loughin has appeared on “Blue Bloods” and had a starring role on Amazon Prime’s 2025 series “On Call.”
