Former Hallmark star Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli share two daughters – Olivia Jade and Isabella “Bella” Rose, and for the first time since news of their parents’ separation, the girls have reportedly voiced their feelings. And with that, they are showing support.
“It’s obviously been tough, but Olivia and Bella aren’t taking sides,” a source told PEOPLE. “They both love their parents and just want them to be happy.”
“There’s no drama or resentment. They’ve seen how hard their mom and dad have tried over the years, and they’re focused on keeping things peaceful and staying close as a family. At the end of the day, they just want everyone to be okay,” the source added.
News of Loughlin and Giannulli’s separation was first reported by PEOPLE on Oct. 2.
“They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time,” Loughlin’s representative Elizabeth Much told the outlet.

TMZ reported on Oct. 9 that Loughlin and Giannulli are not living under the same roof, with Loughlin said to be in Los Angeles, while Giannulli has been “spending a lot of time at their house in Sun Valley, Idaho.”
“We’re told Lori doesn’t consider herself ‘single’ yet — even though she’s not currently dating — and she’s just waiting to see how the separation shakes out,” the outlet added.
And with that, they provided some more context as to why the two are splitting up, detailing that it stems from the college admissions scandal. Specifically, sources told the outlet that she is “just devastated by the separation because she thought Mossimo would make changes after they were released from prison — but he didn’t — and she’s disappointed in him.”
Lori Loughlin Recently Spotted Without Her Ring
Loughlin was recently spotted out in public for the first time since the news of her separation was announced, and Page Six shared numerous photos of her, one of which zoomed in on her hand where she didn’t have her ring on.
Loughlin was wearing black athletic pants, a white tank top, and pink sneakers, with her hair up in a high pony-tail.
This comes after she was seen hugging her Great American Family co-star James Tupper just before the reports started, while Giannulli was spotted with a brunette woman who was later confirmed to be his stylist. There was nothing romantic said to be going on between Loughlin and Tupper as well as Giannulli and his stylist.
