Fifty-six and thriving: Jennifer Aniston is sharing the secrets behind her radiant look, and she’s keeping it honest and relatable. Aniston is opening up about her glow at 56. When Marion Cotillard, 49, praised her for aging “gracefully,” Aniston couldn’t hide her gratitude.

“That means so much to me,” she said of Cotillard’s compliment. “And I think as far as aging gracefully, I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity. Call it youth if you want.”

The “Friends” alum credited her disciplined approach to fitness, as well as her outlook. “I think it all starts with how we love our bodies and love where we are,” she added.

The Golden Globe winner was candid about the treatments that help her look fresh.

“I maintain my looks with facials and lasers and all that good stuff,” she said. “I mean, I’m maintained. I’m not going to just go down and let these gray hairs take over. It’s perspective and also knowing this is our one body, it’s a mindset.”

Morning Routine & Wellness Habits

Back in January, Aniston told People magazine about her daily wellness routine, which begins before her morning workout.

“I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it,” she explained.

When the weather cools, she likes to spice things up. “I’ll steep a little teaspoon of ginger, which is good for your digestion and your immune system, and then I’ll put a little drop of Manuka honey. It’s so delicious served hot.”

She also pushed back against the long-standing “no pain, no gain” workout mentality. “That’s not true at all. You can actually have gain with no pain,” Aniston said.

Diet, Balance & Favorite Cheat Meals

For Aniston, balance is key when it comes to food. In May 2024, she revealed that her diet is focused on protein, vegetables, salads, and soups during the week, but weekends are all about enjoying herself.

“I always give myself a cheat day,” she said. “It’s usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups and then everything I would possibly want on a weekend.”

Her go-to indulgence? “It’s always Mexican, a real favorite of mine,” she said. “Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

Fans will also soon see Aniston back on screen when Season 4 of “The Morning Show” premieres on Wednesday, September 17, on Apple TV+.

The first episode drops that day, with new episodes every Wednesday through November 19.
