Jennifer Aniston is glowing with happiness. The beloved “Friends” star, 56, shared rare and heartfelt thoughts about her relationship with boyfriend Jim Curtis while speaking with Elle for the magazine’s 2025 Women in Hollywood issue. Curtis, 50, is a hypnotherapist and wellness expert, but to Aniston, he’s something even more special. “He’s quite extraordinary,” she said in the December 2025/January 2026 issue.

Going Instagram Official With a Sweet Birthday Tribute
Aniston’s comments came just days after she went Instagram official with Curtis on November 2. The actress marked his 50th birthday with a cozy black-and-white photo of the couple embracing.
“Happy birthday, my love,” she wrote. “Cherished ❤️.”
The couple was first spotted together in July while vacationing on a yacht. Since then, Curtis has joined Aniston at several public events, including the launch of LolaVie and the New York City premiere of “The Morning Show” season 4.
Friends Say Aniston Is ‘Glowing’ & ‘In a Great Place’
A source told People in November that the actress is “very happy and in a great place” with Curtis.
“She’s been glowing. Everything in her life has come together, and she’s excited about it,” the insider said. “Jim’s the best. Her friends love him. He’s calm, very warm, and incredibly supportive. He’s brought a really steady and positive energy into her life.”
The source added that their romance “feels light, natural and really good,” noting that it’s “exactly where she wants to be right now.”
Celebrating Women in Hollywood & Her Love for the Work
GettyIn her Elle interview, Aniston also reflected on her decades in the entertainment industry and what it means to be a woman in Hollywood today.
“The best part about being a woman in Hollywood is being able to continue doing what I love,” she said. “I’ve worked really hard and I love what I do. And also that we get to create projects that are making a difference and bring in female voices—that’s a really wonderful thing that we get to do now that we’re allowed a seat at the table.”
Aniston acknowledged that the industry has come a long way since she first started. “There was a period where we were not allowed at that table,” she added. “It was thought, How adorable that you think you could be a producer or run a production company. It was a very male-dominated industry, and we still have a long way to go, but women in Hollywood make moves. We get s— done.”
