Adam Sandler Dishes on Good Friend Jennifer Aniston’s New Man

Jennifer Aniston picked a big night to make things official in public with her boyfriend, Jim Curtis. The two stepped out for ELLE’s Women in Hollywood event on Monday, November 17, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where Aniston, 56, was being honored.

She looked stunning in a shimmering black Ralph Lauren halter gown, while Curtis kept it classic in a black suit and light blue shirt. Aniston walked the red carpet on her own, but once inside, Curtis was right by her side.

The couple posed for photos with “Morning Show” producers Kristin Hahn and Amanda Anka, plus Aniston’s longtime friend and costar Andrea Bendewald. They were also seen sitting together during the ceremony, looking relaxed and happy.

Adam Sandler had nothing but love for his longtime friend when he stepped up to introduce her at the event, and he couldn’t resist giving a sweet shout-out to her new relationship.

“When we are around you, me and Jackie are so happy you and Jim found each other and are having the love affair you two deserve,” Sandler, 59, said. “We love you, Jim. The whole world loves you, Jack.”

He continued his tribute with the familiar warmth and humor fans expect from him. “I can honestly say Jen is the best in so many ways and one of the most rocksteady humans I’ve ever met,” he said.

“I’ve only seen her angry maybe, like, two and a half times in the 40 years I’ve hung out with her. Jennifer is beautiful, everyone knows that. She makes us smile and laugh. And she has a warmth to her that is intoxicating. She is everyone’s best friend.”

When Aniston stepped up to accept her honor, she took a moment to reflect on where the industry is headed. She spoke softly but confidently about the irreplaceable value of real creativity and human connection, especially as technology continues to reshape Hollywood.

“That’s what keeps me showing up everyday, it’s the friendships and the shared belief that storytelling still matters, that baring our souls as actors and creators still matters, something that AI will never be able to duplicate no matter how smart it gets,” she told the room.

The heartfelt moment came not long after Aniston and Curtis made their relationship Instagram official. Earlier this month, she shared a black-and-white photo of herself hugging Curtis from behind, writing, “Happy birthday, my love. Cherished ❤️.”

Curtis followed with his own sweet message, posting, “If this is a drea,m I don’t want to wake up. ❤️”

Curtis’s work as a Hypnotherapist Has Inspired Aniston

In her cover interview for the December 2025/January 2026 issue of ELLE, Aniston spoke candidly about Curtis’s work and the impact he has on others.

“Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does,” she said. “He’s quite extraordinar, and helps many, many people. He’s very special, very normal, and very kind, and wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation into clarity.”

She added, “It’s a beautiful thing to commit your life to.”

For Aniston, the relationship marks a hopeful new chapter, adding to the admiration she continues to earn for her work and the bonds she values.
