Cindy Crawford, 59, Confidently Poses in a Revealing Bathrobe: PHOTO

If you’d love to be lounging in a bathrobe, sipping champagne and reading a book, then you might be envious of Cindy Crawford. That’s exactly what she was doing while posing for a photo that she posted to Instagram on Friday, November 21.

Showing the supermodel icon, who’s 59, wearing what appears to be nothing but a bathrobe, she sit back in her chair with her legs up and exposed. The robe also slipped off her shoulders in an oh-so non-chalant way. While looking at the camera, she holds up her champagne glass in one hand while holding a book — “Come Sit With Me And Let’s Talk” by Brian Edwards — in the other.

In the caption, Cindy wrote a message to Brian, saying, “Congratulations Miss Thang! @entermissthang I love this book and you even more 💋•”

Brian replied in the comments, writing, “And honey you know I love you more than my Louis Vuitton luggage! ❤️ 😘😘😘😘❌⭕️❌⭕️”

Cindy Thinks ‘Getting Older Is Its Own Gift’

In November 2024, Cindy popped up an Instagram reel (via Hello! Fashion) that was made with her beauty brand, Meaningful Beauty. In the video, Cindy said, “I think getting older is hard for everybody and I don’t think being a model makes it any easier. In some ways, I think it makes it harder because you’re aging so publicly and in front of people.”

“I remember the build up to turning 50 was very intimidating for some reason that number really freaked me out,” she continued. “There was this temptation to hide from that and just fade off into the sunset. I thought ‘Wow, okay if i am afraid to get old in front of the camera to show people that yeah, I’m aging too — what does that message say to other women?'”

She then asked, “Are we supposed to just hide, are we supposed to be invisible?”

Cindy added, “I thought if I did hide that’s one more voice telling women of a certain age that we should fade off into the sunset and i didn’t want to be part of that. In so many ways, getting older is its own gift.”

Cindy Doesn’t Want to Be Told She’s ‘Ageless’

If you were to give Cindy a compliment, you would have to avoid telling her that she looks like she hasn’t aged.

“Being told I’m ageless isn’t right, especially because getting older is hard enough, never mind that we live in a youth-obsessed culture,” she told Haute Living. “So in that sense, the things I’m trying to make Meaningful Beauty about for other women are the things that I have to remind myself about, too. I’m not 25, so why should I be trying to look 25? Why do I want someone to mistake me for a 25-year-old? I’ve had children. I have all this life experience.”
