With no end in sight when it comes to see-through fashion — just ask Jenna Ortega and Demi Lovato, as well as Jenna Dewan to name a few — Elsa Pataky, 49, has embraced the sheer style.
Recently posing for Glamour Spain, Pataky wore a trio of impressive outfits. Sharing the looks on Instagram, the star added a caption, saying (translated by Instagram), “Grateful for this recognition to my business facet with the launching Forever and happy to have lived this experience with @glamourspain #ForeverByElsaPataky”
Skip to the second photo, and you’ll see the actress in an eye-catching sheer gown. Wearing a black bodysuit, she has slipped the see-through dress over the top. While the thin black fabric is chic enough, the fact that it’s covered in green gems takes it to the next level.
The Star’s Followers Loved Her Look
When Pataky shared her Glamour Spain looks on Instagram, her fans took to the comments to make it clear that they approved of what they were seeing.
“You look stunning 🔥❤️,” one person wrote.
Another person added, “Beautiful 😍😍😍”
“Beautiful woman great actress,” a third person wrote.
Someone else left a comment saying, “❤️❤️ Aging like the finest wine 🤩”
Elsa Has ‘Her Own Sense of Self & Style’
GettyPataky may look stunning in formal attire for photoshoots; however, that’s just one side of her style.
“There is an ease to Pataky’s personal style, which has a boho-with-an-edge kind of vibe, part rock’n’roll, part gypsy Earth mum, and is as eclectic as her jewellery,” according to Vogue Australia. They also noted, “But now, … she has grown into her own sense of self and style, a unique blend of Spanish chic and a creative Byron Bay aesthetic.”
“I have different phases, which is good. I know what I like, what I don’t like and what works on me,” Pataky said. “I think that when you are young, you are just trying to follow what’s in fashion, even if it doesn’t look good on you. That’s because it is what everyone is wearing and you have seen it in magazines, but you don’t even realise how it looks on you.”
“I think I got to my style a few years ago and [realised] what I like and what suits my lifestyle,” she continued. “When I was living in Madrid, I had to [dress] more urbane: when you go to dinner you wear high heels and have to be polished and have different bags — so my wardrobe was really big with lots of more elegant things. But if you go into my wardrobe now it’s very relaxed because I have three kids, so I can’t go out in heels!”
