Zoe Saldaña, 47, Slays Revealing Gown Almost Completely Split on One Side: PHOTOS

In case you missed it, Marvel alum Zoe Saldaña made a buzz-worthy appearance at the world premiere of “Avatar: Fire and Ash” in Hollywood on December 1. Looking lovely with her long hair worn down and just enough makeup to leave her shining, it was her dress that was the most eye-catching aspect of her overall look.

A stunning deep green, the full-length gown wrapped around the star’s figure in an undeniably flattering way. Of course, that’s not to mention the fact that while it was held up over her shoulder and was tied slightly at the waist, it was almost completely split open on one side.

Zoe Revealed What Influences How She Dresses

When it comes to beauty and fashion, Allure once asked Saldaña, “Did growing up in both New York City and Dominican Republic influence any of your beauty habits at all[?]”

“Sure, I mean I was raised with such a beautiful consciousness of my heritage, and living in the Caribbean—that gave me the ability to know my culture,” she said in response. “It’s inevitable that it will influence you, from your diet, to how you dress.”

“In terms of beauty, I guess we do things that a lot of Latinos and Italians do,” the star continued. “Like we’ll put olive oil on the ends of my hair every now and then, and we will take just a spoonful of raw olive oil because it’s supposed to be very healthy.”

“Or, sometimes we’ll chop up garlic very finely and have it with espresso because garlic is supposed to be really good for your blood pressure and your nails,” she added. “So we’ll do things like that, oh and when you’ve been out in the sun a lot there’s nothing better then going to Trader Joe’s and just picking up an Aloe Vera leaf and peeling it and putting it on your skin.”

She also talked to Harper’s Bazaar about her attitude towards her style, saying, “Fashion is something that I enjoy; it’s an art.”
